Amazing the entertainment team are the best we have ever seen especially Alex , saray and anisabelle we come every year because how good it is the food is a amazing lots of place to chill throughout the day the night time shows can never disappoint in general an amazing holiday

The Hotel is amazing this has being our 3rd time here. The food is excellent and there is lots of variety. The staff and entertainment team never disappoint and the shows and activities throughout the day are brilliant. Special mentions to Saray, Alex and Saul and Alba

room 507 the money we paid and heard others got free upgrade....
room 507,needs upgrade draws never closed shower soaked the bathroom then the view concrete wall balcony view of the roof..corridors are disgusting.entertainment absolute dire......saying this staff are fantastic foods good.my 6th visit would i go again possible as location is brilliany
