This modern hotel of 5* and adults only, nestled in the touristic centre of Torviscas in Costa Adeje, is very nicely situated within walking distance from the closest local beach. Puerto Colon marina can be reached after a nice stroll. Guests will also be able to find within the area a shopping centre with shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest airport is just 17 km from the hotel. This is a perfect hotel to spend a nice holiday by the sea.

Visited mid September for a week on All Inclusive basis. Hotel interior, rooms, pool area, restaurant all very luxurious looking. All staff we encountered were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. The hotels only let down is the quality & the choice of the cocktails…..they were both pretty poor, certainly not what I’d expect from such a class & fairly expensive establishment. There was only about 5 cocktails on the menu, the Pina Coladas were very watery and yellow, looked like the cheap pre-made type and Mojito’s just tasted of brown sugar. Couldn’t taste the alcohol in either. The other cocktails on the menu we tried were all pretty much of the same standard…so we had to venture out to cocktail bars locally to get decent cocktails which isn’t what you should be doing when you pay for all inclusive at such a nice hotel. The food was reasonably good, got a bit repetitive after a few days but decent choice and well cooked...
Freshly made pizzas are good and cooked in a open pizza oven. Not a lot going on round the pool, aqua fitness and yoga were the only pool entertainment, could do with a bit of Water Polo or Water Volleyball? Nice relaxing environment around the pool though, and plenty of sunbeds available well into the late morning.
Would I visit again? Probably not until the cocktail menu and quality of the cocktails are improved dramatically.
Really a 5 star hotel who need to be congratulated on how efficiently run everything was considering the hotel had only reopened a few weeks before my stay. Just a few hiccups which is to be expected but nothing major. The hotel I feel will improve to an even higher standard once things are more settled in a more back to normal way...
The only niggle was the aircon in my room did not work adequately, however this I feel will improve as time allows.
Comfortable luxurious hotel for anyone who like peace quiet beautiful view and high standards. The staff is great, food delicious and rooms well equipped. Highly recommend! We chose this hotel as our honeymoon destination and we were really impressed and satisfied.
It could be a little less laggy.
Stayed for 10 nights and had the prestige offering. Was ok although didn’t feel the snacks on floor 6 were 5 star at all. Pretty poorly made sandwhiches which didn’t justify a 5 star prestige added package...
Trousers at dinner is a no go for me so didn’t eat in the hotel at the evening ( rule from the 80s which is well overdue a relaxation)
Had to speak to the reception a number of times due to waiters adding beers and soft drinks onto our room bill even though we were prestige customers. No major big deal but frustrating and time wasting.
Was my 40th birthday in the stay and kindly a bottle of champagne was added to my room and 2 glasses. Really nice thought although to my absolute amazement the following morning the housekeeper removed ‘ my gift ‘ and glasses without even opening the bottle!
To gift a bottle then to take it back is something I’ve never witnessed before. I did speak to the reception who said they would resolve although never had a replacement or an apology at all.
Don’t think I would stay again to be honest.
