Fabulous stay
Can’t fault this hotel, it’s fabulous all round. I’m going to write a review that I would find useful to read: The drinks on AI are all branded and the mixers come in glass bottles. This makes a real difference!! You book sunbeds using an app for the day after but you don’t need to be booking at 6am. We were still getting sunbeds we needed by booking at 9am No inflatables or balls etc allowed in the pool. However, this is quite welcoming as adults playing ball can be extremely annoying… The food in the restaurant is very good. At lunchtime, you can either have from the buffet or order from the menu which has so much choice!! You can even order steak on AI, and the steaks are huge!! You also need to book the al a carte restaurant on the app and you can go once every 4 nights of your stay. The hotel does have a lot of steps but there are also lifts so this doesn’t need to be an issue. Bars are less than a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Down a slight hill. The hotel is literally 20 mins away from the airport, and that is on the transfer bus.
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It is fabulous and the staff are also fabulous. I would highly recommend.

Solo traveller experience
Amazing hotel. Friendly staff. Nightly excellent entertainment. Food was great, lots of choices for dietary needs . Highly recommend as a solo traveller

Just come back from our 4th stay, and had another great stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff are the backbone of this hotel and make it a perfect place to spend your holiday.

A wonderful place for a holiday
We travelled as a family of 7 with one of us in a wheelchair. From an accessible point of view it was fantastic lots of lifts which were never too busy and ramps on every level from reception to the roof terrace. Staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs in the restaurant going above and beyond to make sure we could all sit together comfortably- thank you to all of the staff within the restaurants! The hotel was spotless, and we continually saw staff cleaning and doing maintenance. Our room was always beautifully cleaned and the facilities were great. We really liked the hotel app with the booking system for sunbeds as it just made life so much easier. The waiters during the day and evenings are brilliant always remembering your drink order and very attentive. Thank you to Chirag, Juan and John who were just amazing always stopping to make sure we were okay and seeing if we needed anything and making us laugh and to everyone else who we met whose name we didn’t catch as well. We also want to personally thank the entire entertainment team - Nino, Maureen and Amanda for making Jamie’s time at this hotel so amazing due to his disability he is often unable to take part in the entertainment in most hotels but these guys at Princess were amazing and so patient ensuring Jamie could take part everyday in the rifle shooting and archery. Always stopping to chat with us and making us feel included in everything going on.
Overall this hotel has a very calm and quiet atmosphere which was perfect for our family and the entire staff at the hotel made us feel welcome. We will definitely be coming back!
