Thank you - Princess Inspire
Our last night at Princess Inspire, and I can honestly say we have thoroughly loved every minute of our stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its luxury, high-end feel and beautiful modern, contemporary furnishings.
The staff have been consistently attentive to every need and always so friendly and welcoming. Our room has been cleaned to a very high standard every day, and the food has been absolutely amazing throughout our holiday.
There has been such a great variety and quality of food that we’ve had no need to eat anywhere else. A huge thank you to everyone at Princess Inspire for making our stay so enjoyable. We will leave with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. 🥰
Great hotel with a chilled vibe.
We’ve just returned from another wonderful stay at the Princess Inspire Tenerife, and once again it didn’t disappoint. We’ve visited several times over the years, and there’s a reason we keep coming back – it consistently delivers a fantastic holiday.
We stayed in an Essencia Suite on an all-inclusive basis. The suites are spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The Essencia areas were peaceful and relaxing, providing the perfect place to unwind throughout the day.
The all-inclusive package is great, the food is always fresh, with plenty of variety at every meal, and we looked forward to trying something different each day. The drinks selection is excellent too.
One of the biggest reasons we return is the staff. Every visit, we’re welcomed with genuine warmth, and everyone works so hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience. The level of service is exceptional, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in what they do.
The hotel is always immaculate and has a lovely atmosphere throughout. We also love the location, as everything you could need is within easy walking distance, from the beach to shops, bars, and restaurants.
It’s always reassuring when you return to a hotel and find that the high standards have been maintained, and if anything, we felt this visit was even better than our previous ones.
A huge thank you to the entire team for another memorable holiday. Princess Inspire Tenerife has become one of our favourite places to stay, and we’re already looking forward to booking our next visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday in Tenerife.

Great hotel
My husband and I travelled with our families as a group of 7, we all thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is lovely and modern, with good amenities. The whole hotel was spotless - especially the pool areas!
The staff were all great - very friendly and attentive. The animation team also did a great job with a variety of activities each day.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food, there were plenty of options each night and different themes every night. We upgraded to all inclusive the first day of our holiday for a discounted price which was more than worth it! There was plenty options for alcoholic drinks - the cocktails were good and some branded spirits included.
The only gripe we had was the sunbed booking system - there is an app which in theory could be great. But the booking system opens at 6am for the following day. Maybe it would be better if the booking for the following day opened in the evening - we had to set alarms every morning at 6am to attempt to reserve beds together, as most the beds by the main pool were booked by 7am. Fortunately everyone in our party were tech savvy but can easily see this being an issue for elderly/less tech savvy people and we witnessed 2 days where the booking system made errors by double booking various beds. I can imagine the booking system being even more competitive in the height of summer.
Overall we would happily return to this hotel and highly recommend it to others visiting Costa Adeje.

3rd visit to inspire, all staff a credit to the hotel, fantastic room with great food
No care for the guests
Our stay was overshadowed by a very upsetting incident and, more importantly, by the hotel’s complete lack of care afterwards.
My wife slipped on a wet floor outside our room and fell heavily. Although the hotel claims there was a wet floor sign, it was positioned around several corners and not where the hazard actually was, so it was of no use to anyone approaching the area.
What disappointed us most wasn’t just the accident itself, but the way the hotel handled it. A cleaner saw my wife lying on the floor but simply walked away without offering any assistance. Throughout the rest of our stay, no member of management came to check on her, ask how she was feeling, or see if there was anything they could do to help. We felt completely ignored.
When we returned home, we discovered that my wife had injured her coccyx as a result of the fall and now has to undergo rehabilitation for six months. We contacted the hotel to explain what had happened, but every response has simply referred us to their insurance company. Their position has been that because they had a warning sign, they are not liable.
We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate that insurance procedures exist. Our complaint is about the complete lack of compassion, concern and customer care shown by the hotel from the moment the accident happened. A simple apology, someone checking on my wife, or any genuine concern would have made a huge difference. Instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience.
Sadly, because of the way this was handled, we would not return and cannot recommend this hotel.
