Loved it!

Review by fairymay London

Fabulous week at this hotel. The hotels was so clean absolutely everywhere. Rooms were amazing we had a panoramic view which was just lovely the higher you are the better view you have...

The only disappointment was the quality of food in the restaurants. Book your restaurants before you arrive as they get super booked and no availability on arrival. Restaurants in the town were good but just do your homework and get organised before you arrive. The hotel was absolutely lovely and I would definitely recommend to family/friends and look forward to returning.

Very good!

It was a great experience! Very clean and good service. We had a problem with rumor guests but it was solved in a good way. They compensated us by giving a very delicious dinner with everything...

Restaurants are very good. Good housekeeping and they do everything to please the customer. We will come back.

We went to the hotel on 8th November 2021. What a fantastic place. Highly recommended...

A cold towel and a glass of fizz on arrival. Cases were taken to the room and we were escorted by a member of staff. Room was perfect. Bed was huge!!! Jaquzi bath on the balcony overlooking the sea.... Perfection with a beer in hand! We didn't make full use of the features of the hotel I. E. Michelin star resteraunt etc.. We had breakfast and one meal from the pool bar. No faults whatsoever. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Second time staying here although last year was in the suites. Royal Hideaway Corales is first class in every way. All the staff are friendly, extremely welcoming and can't do enough for you...

Breakfast at Royal is to die for. Can't wait to return.

Very nice hotel - but not a great start.

Review by MargeEastAnglia Suffolk

Very friendly staff, beautiful views and excellent food. Lots of hand sanitiser stations and staff very attentive. One bug bear is that we wanted a higher floor and paid for an upgrade for the last three nights...

We thought that we would be in the new room asap as was asked to vacate our room on the first floor by 12pm latest. Unfortunately the new room on the 5th floor was not cleaned as a priority, which it should have been. It is a shame as it marred our short break. I kept going back to check and after an hour and a half was told that they were still cleaning it - then again that it was still being cleaned. As we were already guests we felt that our room should have been given priority and cleaned first, rather than us being stressed most of the day. It didn't help that we could see our old room from the pool and it had not been cleaned so we could have stayed there longer. We didn't get a call that our new room was available until 3.40pm - which considering we paid a large increase for the additional three nights, we felt was unjustified and although the manager Sydney did apologise with some bubbly, we would have rather not had the extreme stress. We felt that we were overlooked, which is not a great feeling. Other than the first day and the stress we were caused, the rest of the break was very nice and relaxing.

As mentioned staff very attentive, and a special thank you must go to Daniella in the Nao restaurant - a very dedicated and happy member of staff who should be recognised.
