Staff efficient hard working always happy to help. Check in fine room and housekeeping 10/10 to Marguerite. Food varied well presented ...

A la cartes class. All in all not one bad factor in this hotel. Bar staff 10/10. Too many super staff to mention anyone. Hope to return.

Good over all package.

Review by toon_andy1892 Galashiels, United Kingdom

Very enjoyable week in the sun. The a la carte restaurants are excellent and a welcome addition. The all-inclusive package is pretty good - I normally don't enjoy it, but breakfast and lunch were good and offered a decent and varied choice...

The hotel is a bit far out from where we'd normally stay, but wasn't to bad to venture in to town in a taxi. The on site Indian restaurant is great value - it's not part of the hotel package but really cheap and pretty nice.

Another great holiday

Review by cattyuk uk

This was our ninth visit to the hotel and everything was great as always. The rooms are a good size and very clean but starting to look a little tired maybe a refurb is due.The food in the buffet is good and we went to three a la carte restaurants which were all excellent.Entertainment is ok we like the singers on the terrace and the Queen tribute was very good.We mostly spend our days around the infinity pool which is quieter than the main pool.Beer is self service along with spirits and soft drinks in the lobby bar some cocktails are ready made and are self service too but wine is from the bar or waiter service which was good. The staff really make this hotel they are excellent in all areas we will return soon.

Got engaged here! Beautiful hotel. 5*

Just got back from this hotel and oh my it was great❤️

Holiday of lifetime and even got engaged at the hotel (well at the cute cove/beach just outside )

Pros

  1. Beautiful pools, and quieter infinity pool overlooking the sea was great
  2. Super helpful staff who always went above and beyond 3...

Great drink and bar selection. Free pouring beer on draft, and the ability to free pour spirits at the inside bar was a bonus! Nice frozen cocktails too! 4. Great selection of A la Carte restaurants 5. Good and varied food 6. Nice rooms cleaned promptly each day 7. 24 hour All inclusive, so even when we arrived at the hotel at 12.30am we could still grab some food and a drink 8. Beautiful beach cove just out the back of the hotel. If you cross over to the otherside there are some lovely bars overlooking the sea. 9. Short drive to the waterpark which would 100% recommend Only negatives are it's a very big hotel that's build on a bit of a hill, so the trek from the bottom infinity pool up to reception is quite tiring! Maybe an issue for older/disabled guests. Would absolutely come back and will do again shortly. Thanks for a memorable visit! The nighttime entertainment was pretty average, but probably tailored more around children (which we don't have.) Kids would probably enjoy but a tad unexciting for adults. The entertainment team were great and tried their best to put on a show though!

Mixed feelings

Review by bootooyoo London, United Kingdom

I am currently in this resort and would give it 3.5 stars. It’s five stars in some areas but not in others. Staff are excellent very friendly and helpful especially Francisco in the main restaurant, he works so hard to anticipate guests needs...

Food is average buffet fare could do with some more interesting veggie options but fine for a week. Pools are lovely especially the infinity pool overlooking the sea. Our room is a mini suite facing the sea but having requested a high floor we were put on the ground and it’s very noisy with people above banging around. Also have had a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. Asked for a move but it hasn’t been granted. Reception staff have repeatedly said they’d call us when a high floor is available but sadly that hasn’t happened. Bathrooms really need a renovation, broken tiles, cracked grout but a good shower and staff work hard to keep them really clean. Overall lovely hotel well tended grounds beautiful landscape away from the big resorts. Good service from most staff. Rooms are the only issue go for a high floor if you can.
