Beautiful resort, perfect for families

We stayed for 5 nights in February and could not have asked for more: Our room was spotless, the cleaners were out every morning using antibacterial spray on the hand rails. The reception staff are so friendly. Zacharys bistro is a little expensive, but the food is tasty (more vegan options needed though!) The staff in Zacharys work hard and are lovely too...
The baby pool is amazing, my little girls were never out of it, it’s as warm as a bath! There was some entertainment on during the day and at night which was great for February as we didn’t expect anything. We would definitely return here again!

This was my third holiday staying at the newly called Wyndham Residences (formerly CLC Sunningdale). Usual friendly welcome at reception, a room request for specific room was asked for in advance and was arranged which is always appreciated. Most things looked as it was when Sunningdale, but why change a winning formula...
Room was clean and up to usual standards. TV with most UK channels, good free WiFi. Only a few minutes walk to nearest supermarket, eateries, although the on site restaurant serves up decent food. Once again thoroughly enjoy our latest stay here and will be returning hopefully next year.
Difficult review, but on balance poor location of apartment on complex drove the low score.

I stay in the area a lot, and am always keen to try new places. This looked good and reviewed highly, so I gave it a go for 4 nights. Reception staff great, complex clean, good location, but.......When I got to my ground floor apartment it immediately struck me as small and gloomy...
I was on an outside corner, with an big electricity box blocking part of my (non) view of the vacant lot opposite me, and a blank hoarding sign blocking the other part of the (non) view. The rear of the apartment had bars on the windows, overlooking a gloomy bit of waste ground to which I had no access. I was obviously disappointed. For my previous stay at Sunset view earby I had a bigger, brighter appartment with pool and sea views, and all rooms at the Vincci Hotel have sea views.

Doent matter which type of property you stay in cleanliness and staff are excellent. The staff are always friendly. Amenities and facilities are always very good...

The apartment was much improved looked refurbished Tv was great lots of English channels smart TV and a great picture Mattress was too hard and the settee bed was uncomfortable to sit on Staff very friendly especially and lots of sunbeds
