We had a great stay and were very happy with the accommodation. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and a good size for us. The large HD TV was a really pleasant surprise and was especially appreciated by the teenagers! We also loved having a spacious balcony and a decent, well-equipped kitchen.

The location was great, with plenty of parking available, which was very convenient as we had a hire car. The reception staff were extremely helpful and informative whenever we needed anything, and the cleaning staff were always polite and friendly.

There were just a couple of things that could be improved. The two boys using the living area would have preferred a separate bedroom rather than sleeping on the sofa bed, particularly for a week-long stay. We also found that the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in the bedroom. If the bedroom door was closed, we could barely use the Wi-Fi, so we had to keep the door open whenever we wanted a reliable connection.

Aside from those points, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation modern, comfortable and very well suited to our holiday. We would happily stay again and recommend it to others.

We stayed as a family of four, 2 adults, a teen and a child in a 1 bedroom apartment (40D) The complex itself is lovely. Clean and very well looked after, The staff were all so lovely too. Very friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and well looked after with a daily life guard and a pool attendant who makes sure sunbeds aren't abused or reserved. The onsite shop has a good selection of drinks, snacks and baked goods that were very handy for a quick lunch. The entertainment team did a good job of keeping people entertained with activities if you wished. The one downside for us, we were a bit disappointed with the apartment. The bathroom really needed an upgrade. The bath had been patched up where holes had appeared in the bottom and the seals around the shower screen had gone completely so the floor was soaking after each use. The balcony also felt a bit crammed. A huge dining sized table, a smaller coffee sized table, a large fold out airer and two sun loungers for a balcony that was around 5m x 4m. I also found that for an apartment that is designed for guests to cater for themselves, there was a lack of cooking equipment. Baking trays for the oven for example. It just didn't feel very convenient. We also had a very leaky air con unit in the bedroom which I did report on day 3 (I don't like to complain but the drips were driving me insane by this point.) And I cant fault the hotel team one bit, the engineer was in the room fixing the issue before we even got back to the room, brilliant service there. The location for us was lovely. In a nice quiet area, pretty much 15 minutes from anything you may need by car, so a car is recommended. However we did see lots of holiday makers using the public transport for days out so it is definitely accessible if you don't have a car. All in all, would we stay again, yes I think we would, but maybe in a larger apartment next time.

For me I wouldn’t go back but it was clean, staff were great and the rooms are lovely and great facilities. Just not enough going on in the local area for me, and the kids love to play ball and on inflatables when at the pool and not being able to do this took away some of the fun for them. Also when I’m sipping on my sangria by the sunbed I like to have a vape but unfortunately you cannot smoke in the pool area at all, which for non smokers is great I guess but not for me.
