Of the many Hotels I’ve visited, The Vincci is outstanding in terms of the kindness, humour and helpfulness demonstrated by Management and staff at Reception. I was visiting friends nearby and stayed alone in the Vincci. On arrival I was upgraded to a Junior Suite...
The room was huge and well appointed: jacuzzi bath, four poster bed, a separate sitting room, TV’s in both Bed and Lounge area. Excellent Aircon, a mini fridge and a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea and coastal walk to nearby village of Los Abrigos. Yes, the rooms and furnishings are a little tired but the situation of the Hotel is magnificent. I loved the sound of the crashing waves but most of all I loved the Staff. A very special shout out to Nuria and Victor. They greeted me by my first name throughout my stay and made me feel safe, secure and valued from the moment of my arrival. Their constant interest in my welfare and comfort during my stay set my holiday apart from more modern, sometimes soulless Hotels. I can’t wait to return!
I do not recommend this hotel !!!!! Careful!!!!! The rooms look good but they have a MAJOR problem, the window does not close and you cannot sleep at night due to the noise caused by the wind. In 8 nights spent at this hotel I did not sleep even one night ....... Disgusting !!!!! Where are the 4 stars of the Hotel ?????
Stayed for 8 days in the Vincci Golf hotel , as soon as we checked in we were offered a free upgrade and the room did not disappoint . Huge room with a corner balcony south west facing , Huge aeratone bath in the bathroom, air con that worked !! Small refrigerator, enormous comfortable bed and 2 TV sets . As we were bed and breakfast only we can only say the breakfast is superb with a huge selection . Nice area outside by the pool with Lifeguard on duty all day . Plenty Loungers , with cushions and free towels on demand . Only 3 small criticisms , No UK channels on the TV , The coffee was mediocre but Ive had worse , the fridge did not have a freezer compartment for ice cubes . Fire precautions were excellent and well maintained . All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful ...
This is one of the best hotels I have visited and it did not disappoint.
jet 2 sell holidays to this place via their internet photos beware of what you pay fore and what you get .i took jet 2 to court and they were found guilty of bad maintenance and dirt in the room and poole so becarefull what you pay for,
Booked with Teletext (worst company ever), arrived on Saturday 5th December to a closed hotel (not being informed). Staff inside wouldn't come out to even speak to us just waving there arms saying no no?? Even though it was shut we decided to have a walk around the area, Hotel looks rather dated paint work not too good, cracking. Yess on the sea front but area not too good, near graffiti...
Pool very small. Would like to of seen inside, dont think I'd be booking again.
