Swimming Pool - Vincci Tenerife Golf

Beds are awful back is killin me asked 3 times to get changed and nothing .breakfast was cold sittin there for long periods of time so wasnt great.had nice danish for brekkie.pool area was a bit dirty but thats also up to people to take there rubbish .location great cause been here many times so was handy as have family staying near good its been taken over so hopefully next people will do a better job .if you do stay here go to harp and shamrock irish pub staff r fab ..

This is not a four star hotel. The whole hotel is in need of a total revamp. Pool area decking and surrounds dirty sticky and in need of repair. Seating in the bar area falling apart again dirty and sticky. On a plus staff are very friendly and the food is ok.

NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL

The hotel is okay. It's by no means a 4 star hotel as it's very basic and quite tired. I had a room on level one, the wallpaper was peeling and just all felt a bit sad. The pool area also needs updating and the images online need to be changed as it doesn't look like half of them. The staff were always lovely and friendly. The breakfast I really enjoyed. Great location for local bars and restaurants. Can walk down the coastal path to other places. 
 
My fridge in my room was broken which I mentioned on the first day as well as being filthy but nothing was done about it. 

But I won't be recommending sadly.

Just okay

This was our first holiday as a couple, my 21st birthday and our anniversary. Positives first: beautiful view, staff were fairly friendly and gifted me a free bottle of champagne on my birthday which was lovely. Bad: Beware and make sure you have ALL of your expensive goods locked in the safe or with you at all times, I made the mistake of leaving my makeup out and a full bottle of foundation was stolen from me, we searched the room top to bottom best in my in knew I had left it in the bathroom and it wasn’t there, I reported this to reception the housemaid was talked to and denied- there was no compensation for this full bottle of foundation. The all inclusive- the dinners were pretty much fish every night so if you are a vegetarian or do not like fish I don’t recommend we ended up going for dinner 3 nights and one night I had a plate of chips!! It is not inclusive at all! The breakfast is fine but the same every day and the lunch also just fine. The hotel does not represent the pictures online, there is one pool and certainly not enough sun loungers for the amount of people’s staying there. There’s is one bar for the whole hotel and it is inside so if you would like a drink you will need to continuously get dressed and undressed in and out for your drinks. There is no night time entertainment and nothing nearby to compensate for this, to be honest we were bored out of our minds! There is no table tennis as stated when booking literally all there is to do is play pool or be bored. The rooms have the ability to be very nice but they are dirty and certainly the floors are not cleaned… our shower head would not stay up and would go between freezing cold to boiling hot and would pretty much flood the bathroom every single time. We saw families who stated “are you sure we are at the right hotel” because of the difference between online and real life, it is most definitely not for families. Do not recommend unless you like being bored.

Disappointing

I stayed here with my teenage daughter for 5 nights at the beginning of July and we had a great holiday. We were upgraded to a large family suite which was spacious and kept very clean every day.
The view over the sea from the balcony was beautiful! We never struggled to get a sunbed and preferred being up on the sun terrace as it was less windy.
The hotel staff were very helpful with anything we asked.
We used the local buses to visit Aqualand (which we loved) and Los Cristianos. The bus stop was only a few minutes walk from the hotel and it was fairly cheap to travel.
We really enjoyed the food (we were half board) and even as vegetarians we found enough to eat each day. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice every morning and we really enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the sea.
We walked to Los Abrigos one evening and then the opposite direction the following evening to a pretty marina.
The area opposite the hotel is really lovely. On our final day we ate at a pizza restaurant in the little square which was delicious. There are some really nice shops and we also booked our Aqualand trip at an excursions shop along here. The lady was Scottish which made it easy to book. The supermarket was also very handy for lunch and buying water. 
We were pleased to find that checkout was 12pm as it is usually earlier than that. There is a locked luggage room and also showers and changing rooms that you can use before you go home.
All in all, we can't fault the hotel. We really enjoyed our time here in Tenerife!
