Reception: all reception staff were amazing, helpful, friendly, prompt and professional♥️. Thank you so much, Roberto for sorting the taxi arrangement issue so smoothly.
Hospitality: my room was nicely cleaned on my request (every few days) - helping environment/planet☺️🙏 Thank you very much to all cleaning staff especially Sandra who did my room most of the time, you are amazing and beautiful ♥️
Breakfast and Dinner (half board): the food was delicious and varied. I also loved Monday evening entertainment while enjoying my dinner, a Canarian band (consisted of three wonderful gentlemen with great talent and voice) plaid music and sang, that was my favourite ♥️ I would love to say thank you so much to all staff at breakfast and Dinner time, for their hard work and beautiful smile, starting from the management especially Arsenio, Esperanza and Assistant chefs from Laila, Floren and Jakelina etc. Plus floor staff from Carmen, Clemen, Anahi, Jesica, Earvin etc♥️
I loved Sundays and Thursdays evenings as well as there was a very beautiful and talented pianist called Yasmina Gallardo , she played classical piano so beautifully♥️
Location: For me was he best location, quiet and near to all other places.
I had the best holiday (was my third time being there) full of joy, tranquility and love. I felt at home. Thank you so much Rosa and to all of your professional and excellent staff for their kind time and dedication for making my holiday so memorable.

Looking forward to this holiday but was disappointed room was ok a bit small bathroom was very small bit out dated on decor had to ask for shampoo as we kept running out . U had to leave a sign on your bed if you wanted the sheets changed personally you shouldn't have to ask that for that service. Not sure what year the floor underneath the beds got cleaned as there was dust underneath that you could write your name in disgusting. Food was ok but repeated few of the staff members were rude . Wifi in hotel is a joke kept cutting out was feed up reception staff blaming my iPad with that was at fault not there wifi . They didn't have a toilet near the swimming pool bad design. There were people putting there towels on the sunbeds from 6am so the time you went down at 8am most of the beds weren't available & these people didn't come to the pool until 4pm . Sorry won't be back worse holiday I've had in Tenerife for 20 years .
Nice quiet hotel. Beautiful views and nice food.
We are returning UP customers over the last few years but now we won’t be returning again. It’s very clear that the standard of food has dropped, we chose to eat out three times after first checking out the evening meal first. A lot of the food is just like mush, sloppy and bland. Breakfast was fine. Paying a huge premium for the UP terrace, one expects quality but the truth is, the UP Terrace furniture and furnishings are in desperate need of upgrading. Everything is worn, stained, some things broken, chair arms missing. The sunbeds need replacing, parasols are worn. The bar area needs comfortable seating and nice music The UP Terrace food has changed to food which looks colourful and nice in presentation but is actually a lot of small bowls of bits of food put together or puréed food with something on top. The croquettes labelled cheese or ham or fish, are also soft and mushy, with no identifying ingredients. This menu needs rapidly altering. Despite paying a premium to be on the Up we paid to eat lunch in the restaurant downstairs to get some decent, fresh, hot food. The UP pools were cool/cold until we complained. Again, paying so much money why is this not a priority to be checked and ready for guests to enjoy? It shouldn’t take complaints to get it right. We noticed that the UP terrace was exceptionally quiet compared to the last few years and I think people are realising that it is just not value for money The staff seem pre-occupied and distant compared to recent years, as though they are deflated. Upon checkout we were told we owed over 400 Euros!! We immediately knew that wasn’t our bill and the man then checked realised it was someone else’s! Ours was about £300 euros less, really good job we challenged Such a terrible shame having made some wonderful friends at the Arona but simply cannot justify returning for the price
