The hotel is located in the fishing and sailing village of Cristianos, near Tenerife's wonderful beaches and about 15 minutes from the airport. The property is near to the shopping area, and from the nightlife of the Los Cristianos area. It offers great facilities with swimming pools, fitness centre and other entertaining options. There is also a pool-bar where guests can enjoy all types of drinks and a buffet- restaurant with a great variety of products and meals that will delight visitors palate during their stay. Children will have fun in the play area and a mini-club with a special activities program for them. The well-equipped rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright, guests will feel right at home.

We was moved to this hotel due to closure or the hotel we originally booked. Rooms are clean, very good reception service very helpful however When it comes to food its everyday the same, the meat you get served at lunch is the same you get for dinner they only add some sauce but the meat stays the same chewy meat. Not worth the price you pay for all inclusive we all ended up eating out & buying our own food for the fridge to cook which is not something you want to do when you are on a holiday.Raised it to the manager which said she will talk to the kitchen, did not seem very bothered nothing has changed...
I would definitely avoid the kitchen if you stay here.
Worst all Inc ever don't waste your money had 2 drinks in a fortnight and a few breakfasts a total waste of money .most staff in were helpful man I the bar didn't know how to smile and was very unhappy if you asked for a drink plus it was the only bar open complete rip off my advice don't go.
Me and my family stayed here in june for 10 days, and we couldn’t wait to come home, although the room was nice we had no air con or fan so couldn’t sleep at night, the hotel was full of cock roaches so didnt want to open windows, there were magots outside the rooms in the morning due to open bins with food rotting in the sun. Overpowering smell of paint stripper in the restaurant due to to building work being done in the next room, the food was very limited and the not enough choice, you couldn’t get a drink until 11am so had to walk to shops for cold drinks, no snack bar open as stated in the brochure, out of the 3 pools only one was open everyday. And the bottom of the pool had missing tiles so you had to be careful not to cut your feet, Mini golf was unusable as the felt was ripped on every hole so you couldn’t play it, no evening entertainment as stated in brochure, the white double sunbeds were stained and dirty, the piano bar was closed and didnt even have a piano!
I would rate this hotel 2*
Like a previous reviewer, this accommodation, and even the resort, wasn't our original choice, but we still had a good time.
The bungalows were roomy and provided kitchen equipment if you didn't want to eat in the restaurant but we enjoyed the food - a good selection, changing most days, and included fish each meal except breakfast - which we were happy with, as we expected a fish diet whilst holidaying on an island! All well cooked and imaginative recipes, with even a 'nod' to the traditional 'full English'.
Reception staff were very helpful, booking us in promptly and assisted us in finding a pharmacy for our mandatory Covid test, whilst the bar/restaurant staff worked their socks off, to keep us fed, watered, and in some cases, entertained.
There was no entertainment on site and the bar did close early, but this was reflected in the resort in general, due to the European-wide Covid restrictions which reduced the tourist numbers to a minimum. Later nights and entertainment would have been welcomed but obviously this is a business so they cannot afford to pay performers with few guests on site. On the plus side, this meant no long queues for bar or restaurant.
All in all, a restful, peaceful retreat, with plenty to offer when the restrictions are removed.
It is our 5th stay here and will return.
Reading some of the reviews of others here at same time I reference one who hated the food, guest spoke with me and hated anything in a sauce and ate limited proteins anyway. Curious how food is cold if never eat it.
It was great to be back, welcome by Alexandra on reception and all reception staff were great during our stay, we extended twice with zero problems. thank you Alexandra, Virginie and Pilar.
Room was great and we paid for A/c remote which was good with a deposit left.
Bar/Restaurant staff of Marina / Able / Gemma / Ray pleased to see us with hugs and elbow shakes all round...
We joined by friends who ate in restaurant breakfeast / dinner, we joined for dinner and food was good. Limited choice but when occupancy so low this is to be expected as otherwise you throw food away.
Top pool shut due to limited guests, middle pool open at weekends when more guests there and one pool open all the time. Lifeguard in attendance.
New restaurant area is not yet finished but it was delayed due to covid closure.
There was no entertainment but as this is down to requirements of Canarian Govt to minimise the spread with entertainers going from hotel to hotel, then this is understandable.
As many many hotels are shuttered it was good to come back to an old friend that was open.
