Great hotel and surroundings Arrived by 10pm and there wasn’t any food left for arrivals. Considering we had been travelling for 8 hours and paid all inclusive I thought that chips or a burger would of been an option. On arrival we were given our wrist bands but no knowledge was given to the times of breakfast/lunch or dinner...
Amazing bar service by the pool and animation team were lovely!!! Definitely will be back
All in the hotel is very good, but one big complaint though. When you arrive at 22h at night, you are charged a full day. When you leave at 21h at night, you are only allowed till 12h in all inclusive. So you have to pay another day! That for me is a rip off...
Other hotels don't do that. On top, the lady behind the desk was VERY unfriendly... Otherwise, all was well. Good food, (and hot), good drinks, clean, good sized rooms, little older but well kept.
After reading some of the reviews from the English they seem like they are the only people in the world. I'm from UK and have been here for 4 nights. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you.
The rooms are dated but kept very clean...
I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Great location, staff and reasonable price.
As for the English as the rest of the world enjoy is when you stay at home.
No one wants to listen to you complain
Nice hotel, large rooms and large bathroom.Very clean, regularly cleaning, changing. At the moment I still in hotel.I am very happy here with everything.Nice bar,singers,food.Frendly.You can eat and drink how much you want.My is all inclusive.Water free-not pay extra.Beach 7 min. away.I deeply recommend to have holiday here.Thank you to all staff making my holiday wonderfull.I would give to this hotel more than three stars.
Just came back from a weeks holiday. The hotel is extremely clean, very hot on wearing of masks in the hotel and restaurant but that didn’t bother us. The restaurant is excellent and very well presented food, the chef cooks your meat or fish fresh on the grill,3choices of fish and meat every night plus the all the other dishes .
