the hotel did not inform us that it was closed due to covid we arrived at night, all closed, tired we were redirected by some guy to another hotel in a neighboring town we had paid for the transport from the airport to arona sol tenerife, we were transferred to sol tenerife hotel without our knowledge . we were not offered compensation, we were not apologized for the situation, they lacked professionalism, they could at least offer dinner for free, whatever. we are disappointed. hotel itself nice, swimming pools, nice rooms.
I was booked in here for one night on my return from diving in El Hierro, during that trip Spain closed all restaurants and bars due to the corona virus. Arriving from El Hierro i did not know what to expect but the hotel was open and i was very relieved to check in. My flight home had been cancelled but with the help of Ana and her colleague on reception i was able to rebook later on the same day...
Despite the difficulties i was able to get good food and drink and one of the best rooms i've stayed in in Teberife. A big thank you to all the staff who were very helpful at a difficult time.
liked our rooms close to beach waiters and barstaff brilliant made us really welcome cleaners were good 2.enjoyed games by the reps entertainment was not to good but there was a lock down .Stephen on disco brilliant.
This hotel is central to everything in Los Cristianos. We booked a Superior room (floor 15) and definitely made the right choice. Great size room/bathroom...
Amazing views from the balcony. The only downside was the mattress was very hard. We had to pay extra for the safe which we already expected. The house keeping do a brilliant job in keeping the hotel clean. Plenty sun loungers at the pool (march) and activities on throughout the day (Zumba, spinning, fashion show, darts). There is a mini golf course in the grounds of the hotel. We booked Bed and Breakfast and found the breakfast to have a good variety of food on offer (buffet style). Close to bars, restaurants and the beach. A 10 minute walk to the beach. A steep hill to climb on way back to hotel. Bus stop just outside the hotel which takes you too Siam Park (water park). All staff we came across where friendly. They also have a small shop in the hotel and a games area with a view arcades and pool tables. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Los Cristianos.
Due to the island being in lockdown I couldn't really enjoy much of the hotel services. What I did receive I enjoyed as much as I could. Staff were brilliant in the circumstances and went above and beyond normal duties...
I would love to return under normal circumstances. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the balcony. I was in room 1011 on the 10th floor. The wall barrier is way too low and I didn't really feel safe on the balcony
