Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had booked a one bedroom apartment which had no AC just 2 ceiling fans .. these fans were extremely slow and failed to produce any sort of air circulation. This made it very hard to sleep at night as it was very warm.. the atmosphere in the hotel was noisy at all times and there are a lot of families with kids staying here ..so if you are after a relaxing holiday this may not be the place for you! For the price we paid we expected a bit more .. for example having to pay for the use of WiFi in 2026 is bizarre… The decor in the hotel is dated .. whilst walking to our apartment my friends and I noticed how the layout is almost like a prison with metal bars everywhere .. The kitchen fridge in our apartment smelled of fish which wasn’t a nice smell as our room was both stinking of fish and boiling hot. The location was good as it was beside a supermarket but not ideal if you are not willing to walk 15 minutes to the centre of las americas. Housekeeping were very attentive and reception staff were kind. I wouldn’t stay here again in the room we chose .. however if we booked a room with a private pool I would as it would be worth the money.
We arrived at 9pm to a very warm welcome from the reception staff. Check in was hassle free and very quick. Rooms had everything we needed for our 2 week stay and housekeeping give clean towels 5 days a week. On the days we didn't get them reception give us some. The gardens were a lovely welcome after a day by the pool. We had the view of the golf course. Bar staff were very friendly especially Fran, food and drinks were all lovely and not too expensive. Reception staff were very helpful in booking excursions and taxis for us. We were a party of 9 and had no issues getting us sun loungers everyday at 9 am, if you have a garden room facing the golf course there is a path along the back which leads straight to the day beds. Pool area was well cleaned every morning. Two of our party were in a loft room and when walking in the first night the heat was unbearable however the air con made a massive difference once on. The only thing that let us down was the shower room. It's a large empty 2 bedroom pool room that has been stripped of everything except a table and chairs has no air con and no privacy. You are showering in a room where families are waiting in the next room for you to come out.
First time visiting Tenerife in 23 years ..this time with our children 15 and 8. The hotel lived up to our expectations, the staff were wonderful, the rooms were basic, modern but clean (serviced every couple of days with beds made, towels changed, clean bedding and even folding kids pj's up which was a lovely touch) The kids loved the pool area we only went in the afternoon time by which time all the beds had gone (usually by 10am) but there was seating and after 3ish beds became available. We didn't stay around the hotel in the evening but didn't see any entertainment and nights were quiet. Good location supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants just across the road. Walking distance into Los Cristianos and Las Americas around €6 taxi back to hotel. Food and drink in the hotel were reasonably priced (UK Price). The only downsides ... no air con only celling fans although we did cope and no microwave(which would be perfect just for warming up snacks). We would definitely visit again and 100% recommend.
Friendly staff main areas keep clean, room cleaned every other day. Was there 5 days and the pool was closed for 3 as someone's children had poo'd in it on 3 different days. Not the hotels fault. My daughter got very badly bitten on her legs and got infected by bed bugs or infected by the dirty pool water.
We've just spent a week here. The hotel itself was super clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect (241) two bed apartment although a small corner balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was open 9am-7pm clean and easy to get a sunbed. Altho if U want one at the front by the pool U need to be there for 9am. Breakfast was nice and a good choice.
The only thing I found disappointing was it was advertised online and on the what's on board with entertainment. The only days we had any entertainment was our last two days (Sunday and Monday) apart from that there was no aqua fitness, no mini disco or quizzes or bingo. Which was very annoying as this was one of the reason we picked the hotel. Altho id recommend this hotel I probably wouldn't return unless the entertainment was daily.
