Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location very central. Adult Only which was fine, rooms large and exceptionally clean. Back street a little to be desired but can’t be helped looking down into family accommodation THE KITCHEN EVERY MORNING NOON AND EVENING WAS 10/10 you really could not fault food and staff friendly and totally at your service Well done we were here with 6 other friends
Love the hotel 3rd time I’ve been i ll be back again next year the cleanest hotel and the nicest rooms
My friend and had a lovely weeks stay at the coral suites. The room was clean spacious, we had a view of the pool and our balcony had 2 lounges and table and chairs. The staff are friendly and helpful. We went half board, the breakfast had so much choice it could fill you up for the day. Evening meals was just as good but could be a bit cold. You are only five minutes walk to the strip and the beach. The beach front has shops and restaurant's plenty to chose from. The entertainment of an evening was usually a singer so we went out most nights. Will be coming back for sure..
Visited hotel 31st July until 6th August and had a lovely stay. Hotel is very relaxing, room was spotless, bed extremely confortable, fantastic shower, great hairdryer and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. Hotel close to amenities and beach. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. Same with the staff at reception. Always smiling except the receptionist who checked me in. She had a very long face which makes me think she is in the wrong job or maybe she was just tired? I will definately book the hotel for my holiday next year and looking forward to it already. Well done everyone for making my holiday most enjoyable
Overall, this is a nice hotel for a standard holiday, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re celebrating a special occasion. We stayed here for our honeymoon and felt it didn’t quite live up to the experience we had hoped for.
As this was our honeymoon, we had hoped the hotel might make the occasion feel a little special. I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know, and also mentioned it a couple of times during our stay, including at check-in. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgement or any sense that this was a special occasion at all. We weren’t expecting anything extravagant, but even a small gesture or simply showing some interest would have been appreciated. Instead, it felt as though the fact that we were celebrating our honeymoon, having only got married a couple of days earlier, made absolutely no difference to our experience.
The location is excellent – it’s well connected, with a bus stop right outside, a short walk to the beach and the main strip, and a supermarket nearby. The hotel was very clean throughout, including the pool area, and our room was comfortable with lovely seating on the balcony. The pool itself was great and not overly chlorinated. There was always a lifeguard present, although on one occasion one appeared to be watching videos on their phone with headphones in rather than actively supervising.
The food was generally good with plenty of choice if you eat meat and fish. However, vegetarian options were quite limited, often consisting of the same potatoes and salad every day. Some of the salads and vegetable dishes even contained ham. Before our stay, although we’d booked through a travel agent, I contacted the hotel directly with our booking details to ask about vegetarian options. After I provided the booking information they requested, I never received a reply, which gave the impression that the enquiry simply wasn’t a priority.
There were also a few issues with communication. We weren’t informed that all-inclusive drinks finish at 11pm, and our all-inclusive wristbands were removed at midday on check-out regardless of transfer time. This could mean missing lunch or even dinner if you have a late departure, and this wasn’t communicated to us at any stage.
The restaurant staff were always friendly and pleasant, but unfortunately our experience with reception was quite different. On several occasions during our six-night stay, requests were simply met with “it’s not possible”, with little attempt to explore alternatives or offer a solution. The overall attitude came across as rather dismissive, with little empathy or apology when they couldn’t help. We also discovered that while late check-out is sometimes available, seemingly at the discretion of reception, it can be withdrawn at short notice, which I saw happen to some guests.
During our stay, the hotel emailed us asking for feedback, which we were happy to provide, particularly regarding the food, reception staff and all-inclusive offering. Again, we received no response from the hotel after providing our feedback. This was particularly disappointing given that we had already tried to raise some of these issues directly with the hotel.
In the end, I raised my concerns about the overall experience with the travel agent we had booked through. They stepped in on our behalf, and this was the only point at which the hotel moved from its original position and actually offered any resolution. Unfortunately, it took intervention from the travel agent before we felt that our concerns and feedback were being taken seriously.
Entertainment was fairly limited, with aqua aerobics on a couple of days, a quiz twice a week, and evening entertainment that felt quite dated. Most guests seemed to head out in the evenings rather than stay for the entertainment, and it felt as though the programme was shared with neighbouring hotels.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the hotel has plenty of positives, particularly its location, cleanliness, and pool. However, the lack of communication, limited vegetarian options, and unhelpful reception service meant it ultimately fell short of our expectations for such a special trip. We wouldn’t return.
