Good hotel good staff
Lovley hotel lovey food great staff rooms good and clean entertainment good all day Astra turf needs a good clean round pool We was early flight got there at 12pm room not ready till 250 pm Adults only but does get a lot of male groups in bit noisy in day but no noise at night good area for walking to playa golden mile and Siân Mall 15 min walk up hill worth going good hotel our 3 rd visit

A Joy Hotel (Nearly)
Late night arrival check in was good offered a drink and something too eat, Room 122 was very clean and plenty of storage for all we brought good fridge but out of a party of 6 I was the only one who liked the firm beds, large balcony with 2 sunbeds Food was good something for everyone and drinks ( apart from the cocktails) too once you explained how you liked them. Plenty of sunbeds every day and the animation team worked hard to keep everyone amused only downside was after you check out you can have a lunch but nothing after if you want water we had to ask at reception (a poor end to a great week) Staff all through the hotel were great and the place is very clean, Good value

Quite lively
Can not fault this hotel, its beutiful staff are all amazing so helpfull the food is lovely and plenty of choice. The entertain was a little repetative but ok and the staff work really hard. The room we had a terrace it was very nice and kept very clean housekeeping were brilliant. Be aware there is no kettle or any tea making facilities in the the room, there is a fridge but nothing in it not even water we were all inclusive but bought my own travel kettle and bought my own bottle of water and milk was easier then going to get it out the machine from the dining room, we also got there cups and a teapot. The pool was a little deep for me but im not a great swimmer. The only down side for us was that there's the smell of weed when we sat on our terrace, some loud thudding music from other guests and some using the balloons to get high, I think there was more younger guests than older ie 60 plus. A couple of hen dos which were no issue. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk straight down the hill to veronicas strip but you don't get any noises from there. All in all we were pleased with the hotel our issues were more SOME not all of the youngsters which is such a shame and that being the reason we wouldn't return.
Fabulous Hotel
Great hotel. This is our 6th time visiting. Hotel spotless, food good. What's make this hotel so good is the entertainment staff. Tamas, Eric, Isak, Diego and Manu. They are all fabulous, good fun and lots of laughs. Booking again for January. Can't wait to return.

Would definitely return!
Stayed here for 3 nights and had a blast! Hotel had enough entertainment but not too much to annoy you as it’s an adults only. Staff were lovely especially bar staff which were so friendly. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is absolutely spot on, not too close to the strip but not too far. Walking distance from siam park and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Food was delicious and cooked fresh in front of you. I would definitely return 😊
