Playa de Las Americas

This aparthotel is situated within walking distance, about 800 metres, from the closest local beach, known as Las Vistas and it is conveniently located approximately 100 m from the nearest shopping venues, restaurants and bars. Guests will find the nearest public bus stop at around 100 m from the hotel. This is a perfect place for families with children that wish to spend a nice holiday by the sea.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

An excellent hotel with great facilities.

Review by SteveJ2586 Blackpool, UK

Arriving at night just before food service ended we were delighted to be able to leave our luggage at reception and grab a quick bite. The apartment was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for clothes. there was also a great terrace, with seating and loungers...

We were all-inclusive and the food choices at all three meal services were plentiful and varied, with an excellent range of drinks. Very friendly staff, and there was nothing else we could have wanted. Quite peaceful and relaxing, but ideally placed to walk into Playa de las Americas, or further afield into Los Cristianos. Taxis are also plentiful nd cheap. My only gripe is that the great British holidaymakers still reserve sunbeds with towels and books!! All in all, a great value last minute break in a place we love and have missed visiting due to Covid travel restrictions. We will certainly return.

Excellent stay

Review by siggykelly Chesterfield, United Kingdom

Returned from a week with my husband and two small children.

High standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel which is reassuring when you’re all inclusive. All the staff, from the cleaners to the bar staff, work incredibly hard...

Reception staff are also very professional and accommodating.

Food is a good standard and plenty of choice. Self service area for drinks is great. The ‘on tap’ sangria is very good and my son enjoyed the slushes.

The right level of entertainment from the animation team, not to full on but still engaging with the children.

This is a small but perfectly formed establishment (following the recent refurb) with good access to all Las America’s.

Manuel on the pool bar works very hard, dealing with all inclusive customers solo, with a smile on his face.

I’m not one for returning to the same hotel twice but would consider doing so here in the future.

Great staff, hotel, food and location.

Review by Mark D London, United Kingdom

Just back from a great week away at Parque la Paz. Some very big positives: The staff (in the restaurant, reception, animation, bar, cleaners - everyone!) are absolutely brilliant, a real credit to the hotel. They were so friendly and accommodating, and this is genuine, not forced...

The hotel is absolutely spotless. The rooms are especially great for families, spacious and recently refurbished. Nice bathroom too. Pool is nice, the heaters must be working now as it wasn't too cold. Great location, quiet yet near the shops, bars and beach. The animation team are a nice bunch, kids enjoyed the activities in the day. Evening entertainment was just fine we thought - Karaoke, magician, music etc. We're not particularly into holidays where you just stay at the hotel, so for us it was a nice balance, but for others it may be too much or even not enough, you can't please everyone! The food was buffet style (we were AI), and we enjoyed the variety. Always some fried fish or meat cooked for you and a variety of salads and stews available, as well as pastas, fries, pizza etc in the evenings. Lunch was similar in the pool restaurant. Breakfast was freshly cooked omelette, pancakes, waffles, full English or continental breakfast, fruit, yoghurts etc. We thought they was something for everyone, and what we chose was great. Kids were happy too.

My only negative comment would be that staff at the pool bar in the evenings looked to be under pressure, so I didn't enjoy asking for a cocktail at times. There were many occasions when only one person there to serve, collect empties and tidy up, which looked stressful for that individual, and no wonder.

All in all, a fantastic stay and we hope to be back!

Excellent week

Fantastic week AI. We were a family of 4 with 12 year old and 14 year old. Good selection of entertainment throughout the day, volleyball, water polo, Galdiator...

Spotlessly clean, good variety of food. All the staff work so hard, from the cleaners, bar staff, entertainment and reception. Central location to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. I would definitely recommend and return ❤️

Ideal location, friendly staff

Review by kd32 Keighley, United Kingdom

Stayed here for 5 nights with my partner as a mini break without the teenagers! Hotel is nice, modern and clean. Lovely spacious room. Our room overlooked the side street but I didn't pay any extra or a request a pool view room so not a problem...

Quiet in these rooms on a night. No air con just ceiling fans which can get a bit noisy on a night.

Food is your average Spanish buffet fine for a few days. All inclusive help yourself to most drinks which is good as only one bar person serving most of the time. Bottles of water not free on all inclusive which I found a bit strange. Pool area is fine and good for little ones too. Managed to get a sun lounger most days going down later but if you want a certain place will need to go do down early. Entertainment team work hard to keep everyone happy darts, pool, table tennis, mini disco etc. Evening entertainment is slightly disappointing one average act a night around 3 times a weekfrom 9pm till 10pm then that is it. Other nights mysic quiz or trying to get people to do karaoke for a strict hour no more! Expect a bit more for the amount of people still around at this time.

However hotel is in a great location near to everything and would visit again.
