Family of 4 which includes two teenage boys aged 16 and 17. Basic hotel which desperately needs an upgrade. We had two rooms. Our aircon in our room made our bed and clothes damp. Grout in the floor tiles was black with dirt. Chocolate smothered all above the door, plastic wood effect peeling off, mould on the chairs on the balcony. I must say the beds are very comfortable and the staff lovely, helpful and polite. We were in A block and our balcony looked onto Veronicas, the nighttime music didn't effect our sleep. The corridors have heavily stained carpets and again peeling wood effect! Lifts are questionable, thank god we were on the second floor so didn't need to do the lifts as they were scary! We did bed and breakfast, was offered a cheap upgrade when we go here but decided against it. Not enough sun beds at all! Having to qeue at 8 am by the locked door to have to run and secure a sunbed at 8.30 am is a NO from us! Didn't like the cup system where you need tokens to get a cup. Seeing people doing the all inclusive having to join a big qeue for drinks is a big NO from us as well. No table service of an evening or self service for the people doing all inclusive. Wouldn't use this hotel again.

The place is falling apart, water leeks, broken showers and everything needs repair... it's sad to see such a great location full of drug dealing right at your door step, drunks,filghrs and stong smell of weed coming from bedrooms, like the Wild West! Avoid

I realy like this hotel. Many people said that its so loud its not that bad if its verry loud the people that work here are gonna change your room without the problem. The location is just amazing! When you go out the hotel you are by the 🌊 ocean the beaches are verry close like playa de las americas and troya i like more troya. The food is not that bad i am a pickyeater and i ate not that much but the paella and pizza are just amazing! The room at the hotel is clean and the view is amazing from the hotel room i dont have sideview or front but i see the ocean and its pretty! The people that work here ( not everybody ) are verry kind there are much avtivites like yoga aquagym and much more there are things fore kids like kidsclub and fore adults also! I think that everybody can find something for them i personly dont tried it only one time aquagym but i see that the people realy enjoy it and the kids also! Than from 22:00 there are cool things sometimes music or dance there are so much things ! And the drinks at the bar are really good!! I realy recomend it and its a nice location! But if you want to go sleep at 22;00 i dont really recomend it beacause its loud but if you like going to sleep like at 23:00/00:00 or even later this is def for you! I changed my room because it was to loud but in the new room its verry good but i dont know or in the other bulding is loud.
Total rubbish.
There is only one plug socket in the room. If 2 people want to charge their phone or you want to use a hair tool then the Television needs to be unplugged. The rooms are dirty and outdated. House keeping come every morning , very nice & do a good job of beds ect but floors are disgusting. No sun loungers ever available as people Que up at 8am- only enough for around 30% of guests, maybe less. It gives Benidorm vibes.

Amazing experience, the hotel was very clean, the staff just amazing, very friendly, the food was more then expected 😀. Perfect for family, capitan ,,chicken nuggets " and the entertainment team will take care of your kids, lots of activities while you can relax . The time spend there was magic I will return for sure . Many thanks for everything, ours holiday was magic 🥰
