Amazing experience, the hotel was very clean, the staff just amazing, very friendly, the food was more then expected 😀. Perfect for family, capitan ,,chicken nuggets " and the entertainment team will take care of your kids, lots of activities while you can relax . The time spend there was magic I will return for sure . Many thanks for everything, ours holiday was magic 🥰

after reading reviews, i wasn't expecting much. I had my expectations low. I had tried to change the hotel before hand with jet 2 , but they wanted an extra 600 pound.
We arrived and I was unexpectedly surprised at the reception area. Our room not ready till 3, but free to use the hotel. location good but noisy.

It was basically a room for 2 with an extra bed, all together. no room at all the the room and wall light fittings above your head. light switches hanging from the wall. room had air con, but felt the balcony unsafe, as had 1 , 1 inch screw holding it on to the wall , each side. god knows what would happen if someone fell against it.
There are 3 switches in the room. 1 in the bathroom, 1 for the tv and 1 by the fridge. never put the tv on all week.
The room had Wi-Fi but only really by the front door. someone smoking weed daily, as that's all you could smell , all week,
A lot of reviews say about the noise. It honestly, only woke me up the first night. I had took ear plugs, and with the doors closed, you can't really hear it. You need the doors closed for the air con to work properly anyway.
Not enough sunbeds. never got 1 all week. but then again 3 days we hired a car. suppose i could have left my towels on all day like some. you could actually fit more sunbeds if they used the space better.

Not 1 piece of chicken was cooked all week. it needs to be cooked slower for longer. still raw in the middle, same as the fish. After 5 days you have had enough of it, and we wasn't their half the time because we hired a car. No packed lunches. desert was good,
Daytime entertainment good, great for kids, evening entertainment good 3 nights, the rest, I could sing better myself. the rock band was good and the magic show was good. and 1 woman singer good. the rest need changing.
nice to get out, nice steak bar , as you come out the back gate turn left, walk a bit, big red sign saying steak house. bang on and ok prices.
Would i stop here again, probably not but i don.t think i would stop in playas again
Great for the strip but wouldn’t stay again.
Just got back from the staying here for 10 days, I’m not sure how jet2 said this hotel was 4 stars, the pools are very run down and it is so loud at night however I can see how it would be great for kids as the entertainment team go above and beyond with the kids club. The rooms are nice and the balcony’s have great views. The breakfast is nice. You will not get a sun bed unless you queue at 8:30

But of everything
We stayed in tower B and to be honest the sound weren't as bad as we thought, we had the karaoke bar opposite us and yeah you could here it but fell to asleep quite easily, now the lifeguards and staff would tell kids of ( for playing with a ball in the pool) and adults off all day enforcing rules which is okay I guess but when teenagers are running around playing knock door run at 3 in the morning and they didn't do anything I don't get why, there booking system needs to be quickened and easier for staff as we was waiting around a hour to get checked in (we was second in the que), on the flip side the cleaners who couldn't speak English were the best staff there it was funny every morning trying to have conversations with them but we loved that bit and they cleaned our room everyday making different settings with kids teddies made the kids laugh when they got back,the food was okay they had some nice food from different countries served up but 90% was the same every day, and a personally opinion of the bar staff there, was they treated the men different to women we could go up and get 4 drinks at a time but women 2 only we did notice that and we weren't the only people who noticed it, and the entertainer Daniel is brilliant and they had some good acts on in the week, but overall would we go back no we wouldn't.

Ok but staff could be more helpfull
Rooms was ok only 1 socket tho cleaners and kids entertainers was polite but most the other staff are just rude takes up to 1hour to check in ,breakfast was crap but lunch and dinner was ok they don't give you much information about where everything is and entertainment
