Just back from a 7 night stay, an absolute excellent hotel. For such a large hotel it was spotless and the staff were brilliant. We only booked B&B but the food was excellent too...
Great for families, couples and groups as the rooms were so quiet and with 3 pools to pick from everyone is catered for.
Fantastic experience from start to finish!
The staff are attentive, courteous, professional and always make you feel welcome, never like you are imposing. Honourable mentions to Vittorio and Jasón who went above and beyond to make us feel valued and relaxed.
Rooms are great, cleaned to a high standard and well appointed, with stellar views from the Nirvana tower. The rooftop bar was stellar particularly at sunset.
The pools were great, with a decent mix of tunes from the daily DJ...
We had a blast with aqua aerobics midday, getting a towel or a sun lounger was never a hassle or a fuss.
The restaurants and the buffet had a great selection and the food was of high quality.
Really couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
We had a great week! Roof top bar at sunset is a must. We ate in all the restaurants and the Buffet. All the food was high quality and great music throughout the day...
Really enjoyed all he love singers every night. Pools were great, enjoyed pool at the sports bar. Jason was amazing
We open at sunrise over the Atlantic, a spectacular view from any room but on this occasion we were staying on the 10th floor of the 1st tower. Our days were spent luxuriating amongst great food, wonderful staff and amazing amenities.
Despite being a large group of 7, the star of the staff, Vittorio, guaranteed us a table outside each morning at the buffet (and for dinner)...
The buffet itself was fantastic, with an array of fresh fruit, hot and continental food of exceptional quality. There was a similar level of excellence at dinner too.
We particularly enjoyed aqua aerobics by the pool, and the whole family got involved in the fun. Rafa served us an assortment of quality cocktails in the afternoon - we highly recommend the frozen coconut daiquiri.
Jason saw that the whole family was attended to and made the experience even better by ensuring we were taken care of each day.
The restaurants in the hotel are all fantastic and themed perfectly; you feel as though you are ‘out to eat’ each time, and worked particularly well with the half-board offering.
Overall it ticked all the boxes; fantastic facilities, amazing amenities and delightful drinks. We can’t wait to come back.
PS the pool music was on point, keep partying on Costa ADJ!
This hotel is lovely but there’s a few things that would really improve the stay. The hotel itself is spotless and staff attentive when you understand how things work. For example where do we get pool towels, how do we order drinks and what bars are open/ closed...
I saw a lot of people wondering around asking about towels and basically you can’t get them until 10am but this isn’t clear when people all have their towels down reserving sun beds. Same with night 1 we went to the bar for a drink and we’re completely ignored - if we’d just sat down someone would have appeared. The reception staff/ bell boy weren’t very helpful on arrival and it was difficult to navigate to the room and bell boy jumped at the opportunity to not help us with our cases Also found some staff forceful with a tip when using the app - was annoying! The steak restaurant service was appalling! The staff were really rude and the food not cooked as asked. The sides including a Mac/ cheese and chips were both cold. The Mac and cheese was pasta in a cream sauce with no crispy top - it was essentially kids pasta with no flavour. I wouldn’t really grumble as much as I am but the prices charged for this was sooo high compared to other steak restaurants in Tenerife - it felt like you pay for the hard rock brand which was a rip off. We didn’t bother with any other restaurants in the hotel after this. Breakfast was fine - just so busy. Everyone in masks but then forced to be on top of each other. The rooms were fine but the tv was confusing as we couldn’t turn it off the whole time there. We asked the cleaner snd she didn’t manage to do it either. (So put it in silent). The phone had no details of how to call reception - I thought odd if there was an emergency we wouldn’t be able to do anything. The app service for all the restaurants was ok but when your sitting down for dinner a normal menu would be more helpful as I’m 28 and found it annoying to keep going into the app - I’m sure people who aren’t confident using apps would struggle. Lastly we had lunch across the road for half the price of anything in the hotel. Great bar called purple restaurant that served delicious food and drinks which saved money if you were b&b like us. Spice garden up the street was also delicious curry!
Hotel was good snd I enjoyed the stay but the quality of food and service isn’t 5*. I wouldn’t bother wirh all inclusive as there’s plenty of amazing restaurants in Tenerife in las America’s (safari centre) and la calleta, fanaybe (taxis cheap too) The rooftop bar (16th) was the highlight of the hotel for me.
