The location of the hotel is in an amazing place and I wish I spent more time exploring around the area as I only went down to the marina and to the supermarket. The airport is an hour away so when we arrived we wanted to get checked in quickly and luckily they did check us in quite fast and then we went to have food and went to sit outside. I have to say, I didn't expect anything new considering this is my second time coming to this hotel but this years entertainment team were absolutely amazing, I never do the activities but this year they got everyone involved including me, Dominik, Bart, Davide, Alan, Rayane and everyone, they are so funny and so kind to everyone their shows really did make the stay amazing and I wholeheartedly believe they are what made mine and my family's stay there amazing. A special shoutout to Dominik and Bart for actually coming to say goodbye to me and my boyfriend when we were on the tui bus about to leave for the airport :) I loved the room except I definitely would rather our room last year as compared to last year we were on the bottom floor and I feel as though way more coakroaches came in which wasn't really a problem but just my personal opinion, but rooms and bathroom amazing. I thought the cleanliness was actually good but I don't really pay attention to that. Entertainment team 💗💗 This hotel accommodated to my needs amazingly. Yet again I have to shoutout the entertainment team!! I loved the pool except people being sick but they can't stop that so I really do think the pool area is superb, there's always enough sun beds and the pool is big enough for everyone in my opinion. Anyways I would ignore the bad reviews because I think everyone would enjoy this hotel 🥰

We have had the best 10 days here. We are really sad to leave. Brilliant staff, food was good for all of us. Lovely area too and we were able to go for lots of long walks together. We will definitely be coming back

The only good thing about this hotel was the entertainment and entertainment staff who worked solid to make the holiday a good experience. Unfortunately the hotel was not up to a 3* rating I would struggle to give it 1. The maintenance and cleanliness was poor. Stains on the sheets, rooms not cleaned properly and sometimes not at all. The food although plentiful was often inedible, cold, tasteless and very samey, lacking options for children however if able to use the Italian buffet this was very nice. The rooms on 5th floor are totally unsuitable for anyone, there is always a strong smell of sewage and as they have. no balconies and the positioning of the drying racks is away from the window there was no way of drying swimwear and towels. We had to use the windows to dry clothes which caused paint melted stains on brand new towels and costumes. When we arrived the air-conditioning did not work and the smell in the room was so pungent of sewage we were unable to sleep not very good after a full day of traveling. There is only 1 lift to the 5th floor which broke down twice in one day leaving me stranded in my room as I have difficulty with stairs. Also the key card deactivated on a regular basis which was extremely frustrating especially as the staff at reception intimated it was our fault. Even the corridors to the rooms were dirty with debris and cockroaches. Although the pools look lovely they have broken tiles and often floating debris , they are also over chlorinated and take the colour from the swimwear. The sunbeds were not adequately cleaned and maintained.. There were an inadequate amount of staff on the pool bar , sometimes causing queues of up to 1 hour. The system of changing glasses each time you had a drink was odd and meant that you had to carry dirty glasses around with you. I must say the only thing that saw us through the week was the assistance of the TUI reps who were marvellous and organised a room fan , extra towels(however only 2 for 3 people and only small not suitable for showering)9 ,new fridge (to replace the one that did not work) and a room clean however the fan was filthy and wonky and crashed to the floor breaking after 2 days. We were all inclusive but spent over 1,000 euros on food and drinks. DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL IT IS A SHAMBLES
