Great room slides & entertainment
I'm giving 5 stars simply for the service provided by Racap, he was friendly, welcoming and very helpful! He does go out of his way to help guests, he is simply awesome! The hotel is right across the beach and the rooms are what to be expected in a 3 star hotel it's clean and spotless, it might be 3 stars but the service from Racap is 5 stars he goes above and beyond his duties.
Stayed in room 1408, emailed hotel for a sea view and was allocated 4th floor, stunning views. Room spacious, plenty on hanging space and shelfs for your clothing, hired a fridge 2 euros per day. Took kettle as need a coffee first thing in the morning. The noise did not bother us as we live near a busy rail line and after the first day the noise was blocked out. The beds were comfortable if you like a firmer base, we asked for additional pillows the following morning and when we got back from breakfast they were there. Breakfast was traditional Turkish, always something to eat, a few mixed items you would not think would go, but be brave and enjoy, coffee was excellent, some of the best we have had in a Turkish hotel. There was always hot water and the shower had excellent water pressure, there was soap, shower cap and shower gel. Staff attentive, greeted with a smile and a good morning. The Eftalia beach hut opened a few days after we arrived, over the road and excellent comfortable sun beds. The hotel is ideally situated on the strip. Would I stay again definitely 100%
I’ve emailed the hotel to request a higher floor sea view , I got a very quick response and when we arrived that’s exactly what we got , the young man on reception was friendly and helpful, large room the best shower , clean towels daily and maid kept things very clean, top tip make sure you bring an extension lead there socket situation is poor , I also took a kettle, the beds ok pillows a little hard but the noise from the road was bad , I’m not sure what glazing they have but triple glazing is definitely necessary . Good choice at breakfast something for everyone. Yes repetitive but good. We got this hotel at a real bargain price, I would stay again for sure but not in peak season. The room doors are fire doors but they bang very loud so be prepared if your neighbour isn’t that considerate.
Superb hotel. Really liked the location. 20 minutes from the harbour and 30 minute walk from the cable car and Kleopatra beach. Rooms are very comfortable. I stayed here in January, so needed heating which was included. Plenty of storage space, instant hot water in the shower, hairdryer and tv with good channels. Good WiFi too.
Buffet breakfast which was adequate. Large selection of cold items, and salads, toaster, and some hot food, although no bacon and only boiled eggs.
I was given a Seaview room. Large private balcony, although you can hear traffic noise. The spa is run privately, and I had the best massage and hammam ever. Prices are very competitive with other places nearby.
My only complaint was the indoor pool was not heated, as i was looking forward to a swim.
I would certainly book here again. Overall a lovelly stay.
