This hotel is marvelous, I went there Aug 2026 and it was my fourth time, the hotel is vey clean, the staff are soooooo friendly , the pool is nice the cocktails are good the food is really good and the chef can help if you have any allergies , Amanda is SUPERB, she is an excellent manager and knows how to let you come back again and again, very smart, If I will go back to Alanya I will choose Grand Okan , the bus station is in front of the hotel, you can go to BELIN market near the hotel 5 min walking and buy a kent card, 120 TKL and use it for the bus if you want much easier and cheaper, if you want to eat a delicious baked potato you can go to madam coco its a huge shop go upward for 7 min then turn right you will find KOMPIR X and more , really waw, if you want to swim in a nice sandy shallow beach go to the BALADEYE PUBLIC BEACH 15 min (if there is traffic )by bus, its free, if you want to have a sun bed and an umbrella you need to pay 180 tkl. go to MANAVGAT trip its on Mondays and Thursdays also do JEEP SAFARI THESE 2 are the best trips , cant wait to go back again, GRAND OKAN .

Beautiful hotel I had a lovely stay at this hotel! everything felt welcoming, clean and well looked after. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a lovely atmosphere . The staff were helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed the food and overall service. The location was also great, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding would definitely recommend this hotel woukd visit again Thankyou
The hotel is in a good location, just a minute's walk from the beach. Cleopatra Beach is crowded in the summer, the sea is nice, but can be dirty, so it's better to swim deeper where it's cleaner. I stayed for two weeks in a room with a sea view on the fifth floor. The view is nice. The balcony of the other room is close, so when other guests are on that balcony, your privacy is violated. There is a small busy road below the room that you have to cross to go to the beach. Although I could hear the sounds of cars passing by on the balcony, it didn't bother me, and in the room it was less so when the windows were closed. However, if you mind noise, bring earplugs. Wifi is free, and it works so-so, sometimes good, sometimes slower. Air conditioning is free and works great. The insulation in the rooms is more or less good, although during the day you can hear the cleaning staff. I have a complaint about the bed because the mattress is too hard for my taste, which I don't like because it doesn't suit my body, so I would wake up with back pain. The TV is old with Turkish channels and should be modernized with a TV that supports Netflix, Disney, HBO... Luckily I had an iPad so I watched on it, but it feels better watching TV. A big plus is the armchair in the room, and it's great that they have one, because some hotels don't, so you have to watch TV or drink coffee from the bed. The pool is large and can fit a lot of people. Since I was there in the middle of the season in August, it's not always easy to find free sunbeds, but I would ask the bar staff and they would bring me. The pool is open until 6 pm. Sunbeds by the pool are free. But on the hotel beach, one sunbed with an umbrella costs 400 lira. If you take it for 5 days, you get the sixth day for free. That's still an affordable price, but I think that sunbeds on the beach from the hotel should be free. I travel all over the world and I've never had to pay for a sunbed in a hotel/resort I've stayed at. Also, drinks at dinner are charged and that's a big minus for me. I also didn't like that the safe is charged 4 euros per day, and beach towels are 2 euros. All of that should be free. As for the food: breakfast should be improved, while dinner is excellent, there is a lot to choose from, from sweets, desserts, fruit to cooked and baked food, and it's really delicious. I definitely recommend taking half board. Breakfast is served until 10:30, but since I like to sleep in later, I didn't go many times. It would be good to extend breakfast until at least 11 am for those of us who like to sleep in later. Those half hours are very important. Dinner is from 18:30-20:30. Prices vary on individual apps. I found a good deal on Trip.com and paid around 92 euros for a night in a room with a sea view, with breakfast and dinner included. In the afternoon (4-5pm) and in the evening (9-10pm) there is happy hour and for the price of one cocktail (500 to 600 lira) you get two. The guy who makes the cocktails is friendly. In the evening there is a small party and live music or karaoke at the pool. But nothing spectacular. There are two small elevators in the hotel and they are always busy and full of people. The elevators should be deodorized because a large number of people pass through daily and there is an unpleasant smell. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The reception could provide more information about the Havaist bus that goes to GZP airport. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, but it is not the stop where the bus to the airport stops, although the reception told me that it stops there. The starting stop is about a kilometer away from the hotel and is called Otogar. When I asked if they knew the schedule of the bus to the airport, the reception told me to look it up on the internet. And it is difficult to find that information there. Otherwise, it is easy to find the Havaist bus from the GZP airport itself to the hotel, which will take you to Alanya in about an hour and 370 lira, and the stop where you have to get off for the Grand Okan Hotel is the penultimate one. Taxi prices from the hotel to the airport range from 40 to 60 euros. It is about half an hour's walk from the hotel to the very center of Alanya. There is also a cable car near the hotel with which you can go to the castle on the hill with a view of the city for about 600 lira.
Amanda (the manager) and all of the staff are wonderful they all made us feel very special, the location was perfect lots to do, the hotel is spotless the rooms are very comfortable, the food was great .on farthers day every dad got a cupcake saying happy Father’s Day ❤️ it’s the personal touches that made everything special.
The hotel combines a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and reliable high-speed internet, which allows me to work remotely with ease during longer stays.
One thing I've noticed over the years is the large number of returning guests. Many come back every year or even several times a year, creating a unique club-like atmosphere with familiar faces and a genuine sense of community.
The loyalty of so many guests speaks for itself. Grand Okan is clearly a hotel that is professionally managed and consistently delivers a high standard of hospitality.
Special thanks to Amanda Jane and her team for their professionalism, dedication, and warm welcome. You have created a place that feels less like a hotel and more like a home away from home.
