Located just a 1-minute walk away from Alanya's famous Cleopatra's Beach, this well established hotel was refurbished in 2018 and offers guests a good base from which to explore the popular resort of Alanya. The castle is just under 5 km away and best reached by local transport as it is on a steep promontory. Local amenities can be found in close proximity to the hotel while the pedestrianized shopping centre is 1 km away.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Unwelcomed by ALL staff
On entering we wasn’t spoken to not even to say hello, just pushed a piece of paper under our noses and put an all inc band on and given a room number to find the room ourselves.
Room was extremely tired the whole hotel lacked maintenance
The bathroom stank in the morning and it was hard to enter to wash and clean teeth.
No safe in the room
White sheets were grey and towels that had previous stains on them so had not been washed properly Our towels were only changed once in a week despite asking.
Toilet had a massive hole in the side which was black inside- pic provided . Sinkin bathroom was full of unwashed old scum.
On arrival we already felt that we had made grave mistake being there.
Food was unmarked and not in English so you didn’t know what you were eating, Never saw a heater for keeping food warm. You couldn’t even make toast in the morning, although there was COLD fried and scrambled eggs.
Food was not continental for all visitors. If your British you were not catered for and at times food was inedible and reused. My diet consisted of bread and jam for breakfast and salad both lunch and evening meal.
All inclusive drinks we very limited and standard of drinks were poor
Pool was cold and was never once cleaned or tested for the whole week.
Staff were really unwelcoming and rude, didn’t even crack a smile and say hello and kept trying to take your plates and glasses before you had finished your meal or drink or put your fork back on the plate.
While they were so intent on cleaning the dining room maybe if staff made half an effort to say hello then it might have helped for customer service. We were constantly looked down on and made to feel outcast throughout this holiday. There was one other British couple staying here at the same time whom also had the same issues. We paid extra to stay at this hotel but we quickly regretted this. This hotel has NEVER seen 4* and I have been in better 2*. if you are British don’t book to come here you won’t be welcome
My sister and me stayed at this hotel in April of this year . the staff were amazing .from reception to bar staff .cleaners .nothing was to much for them .they were amazing .i would recommend this hotel .to any one .and I would gladly stay there again .not far from beach .and plenty local places to eat .so cleopatra arsi thankyou so much for my stay from Linda and Jackie brown .
Very friendly staff. Good healthy food with good variety. Soap, cheese, sallad, meet, veggies and dessert on almost every meal. Free alcohol free drinks. Very close to the beach with possibility to book beach beds. Pool and sun places in the hotel. Children friendly!
It was a good hotel and a really good manager called cengiz really nice and friendly as well as the other staff member the food was OKAY and the location is perfect to the beach I can strongly recommend this place
The toilets near the lobby smelled strange after cleaning. The rooms were okay, and the cleaning and preparation of the room were good. The food was good, but it could benefit from a greater variety of dishes and more fresh fruit. There was fruit available, but it did not look very appealing to eat.
Lobinin yakınındaki tuvaletler temizlikten sonra garip kokuyordu. Odalar iyiydi ve odaların temizliği ile hazırlanması başarılıydı. Yemekler güzeldi, ancak daha fazla çeşit yemek ve daha fazla taze meyve olabilirdi. Meyve vardı, fakat görünüşü çok iştah açıcı değildi.
