The rooms are lovely the food is poor the entertainment is dreadfully definitely not a 5 star hotel .the only advantage it has is the spa run by Mehmet is fantastic
Perfect
We had an amazing stay at White Gold Hotel & Spa in Alanya! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel’s beachfront location was perfect.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team. They worked incredibly hard every day to make sure guests had a great time with fun activities, games, and entertaining evening shows.
A special thank you to Kürşat, who was absolutely fantastic at his job. His energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism were outstanding. He was always friendly, made everyone feel included, and created a fun atmosphere without ever being overbearing. It’s clear that he genuinely enjoys what he does, and his positive attitude made our holiday even more memorable.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend White Gold Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Alanya. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special—we hope to be back again soon!
Worst Hotel in the world.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
We paid extra for a beach view via the travel agency website but when we arrived to the hotel we were staying on the ground floor. The view was the next hotels bins. When we complained to reception they made us pay £150 euros for the seaside view room.
The pool is dirty and is evidently never cleaned. The food and drinks were horrible. 5 out of the 7 days were spent in bed with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and fever due to the poor hygiene levels of the food. This illness was so bad, i lost 7/8kg in a matter of weeks as this illness carried on for when i got home. I would rather sleep in the street than ever set foot in this hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

kursat and haribo, best in the service branch. Makes you feel at home and helps with locals and vacation services, and includes you in hotel activity without pressuring and makes you feel included.
