My first vacation in Akka Alinda was perfect - starting with reception - Zarina, who met me and solved all my issues, finishing with sellers in the shop nearby. All the staff very friendly, especially Ali from SPA Center. There was amazing Hamam, very good Kise, good masage. Best wishes to Kabul 😃
The hotel is child friendly, animators gives their best every day. I suggest this hotel for all who need to be cared out till finger tipps!

I and the wife went here 2022 and had a fantastic holiday so much so we came back 2023 because we had been here the year before we had amazing holiday so many upgrades so went back 2024 an absolute disappointment Arrived 330am met mr happy (not) the room had nothing in the mini bar no tea no coffee nothing after12hours travelling it would have been nice to have a drink of something.Had to complain 4 times in 5 days to ask for the mini bar to be filled we did get a courtesy call after2days asking if had been filled room was tired sink plug didn’t work curtains coming off the runners we were given a complimentary ALA cart meal after trying the meat restaurant in 2023 to try the fish restaurant pasha after seeing a beautiful photo of a fish dish three pieces piled up with a lovely dressing bad mistake starter was lovely main totally disappointed tiny piece of fish dry and almost inedible dessert was a plate of rough cut fruit glad it was complimentary not worth 20euros.Better fish and fruit in main restaurant.but it didn’t spoil our holiday the bar staff the waiters the entertainment staff are all brilliant so friendly even staff who remembered us manly because we are from England and it’s mostly Russian and Turkish.it feels like they have dropped there standards from the last two years sorry won’t be returning in 2025

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we have just got back from a amazing holiday, the hotel is spotless, the facilities are amazing. Have to give a special mention to chief in the restaurant he is an absolute gem, all the staff are very friendly. The hotel itself it a lovely building with nice views.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HOTEL SERVICE AND AN EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGEMENT TEAM. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE’S EXPERIENCE. FLIES IN DINING AREA AND ROACHES IN ROOMS (SEE PICTURES). Disgusting!!!!!!
A LIST OF ISSUES DURING OUR STAY:
- An absolutely rude management team, particularly Guest services manager and manager of front desk on 11/07/24. No apologies or sense of compassion towards its customers. They don’t treat women as equal ones and talk down to you. No proper customer service attitude, they’re openly being rude and they get away with it. Not sure how they get 4.7 rating on Google, it should be 1.5
- FLIES IN DINING AREA - THEY ARE EVERYWHERE. They land on your food, crawl on buffet. DISGUSTING!!!! Brought it up to the management team, nothing was done to prevent flies from flying in the dining areas. You might get a stomach infection here if you eat every day. See pics of flies
-garbage truck picking up glass at 5 am waking up with noise of breaking glass at 5 am. My husband couldn’t sleep because of that. No apologies from the staff or front desk, didn’t offer another room, said it’s noisy everywhere. The attitude towards us was “just deal with it”.
-noise from doors being slammed starting around 8-9 am (no noise cancellation whatsoever). If you like to sleep past 8 am, this hotel is NOT for you.
- DIRTY TOWELS (not being cleaned properly- see pictures of a “clean towel” brought to my parents’ room. ALSO, MY PARENTS HAD TO WAIT FOR CLEAN TOWELS FOR 7 hours one day. Front desk said they Didn’t have any clean towels for almost all day. Is that a standard for a 5 star property? UNBELIEVABLE.
-no service from waiters during lunch or dinner. The only ones that cared waited our tables because we tipped them a night prior and they remembered us. Most of them don’t care, they will wait until you have a HUGE PILE OF DIRTY DISHES on your table and then maybe then they acknowledge your existence and clean it.
- waiters don’t put table cloths for dinner. I saw majority of people didn’t have them at tables outside for dinner. I had to ask a server about 5 times for clean table cloth and napkins
- POOR QUALITY OF ALCOHOL. CHEAP WINE. THEY DONT REALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE VODKA SODA at a beach bar. If you like having a good cocktail at a beach, this hotel is not for you.
- ROTTEN FRUITS ARE OFTEN SEEN IN BUFFET. Disgusting!!!!!
- The only good thing about this property is a spa and coffee shop. Everything was great in there, and they actually care about your experience.

When I brought these issues to the hotel management, they didn’t offer any compensation. My husband left the property 3 days earlier and I left it a night earlier, it was just so bad, and I couldn’t wait to go home. Hotel staff wouldn’t accommodate any refund or any compensation for this terrible experience and early checkout. They’re so cheap that even waiving $40 dinner fee is beyond their ability to compensate us for this a joke of the experience. I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS HOTEL AND HOW TERRIBLE THE EXPERIENCE WAS. 0 STARS.
