Lovely hotel This is a stunning hotel , we stayed in the old building , loads of character , the photos on the website are the premium rooms so do expect them Although we just had a basic room it was clean and tidy and just what we needed Use the other restaurants as there are lovely !! and the the one that the hotel offers you 10% off It’s awful and the staff are rude and overly priced with low quality food and drink Enjoy the area and explore and you’ll find lovely food and lots to see
The hotel has a lot of history and looks very interesting to look at with it’s original features Had a lovely stay here was here for 11 nights and first time in Antalya.
I had a few issues right at the beginning of my holiday with aircon and room changes but the last room I was put in was perfect.
I went half board and breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice.
Your evening meal was at their restaurant which was a set 2 course and have to say quality of the food was excellent ( thank you to mehmet and his team),, the only thing that did surprise me was no desert.
Room was cleaned regularly,, thank you to Gulsen and the rest of the house keeping team who work hard
A big thank you to handsome Ekin guest relations too
I would stay here again
We arrived in Kalieci and could not find the hotel. The third party we had booked through had put the name as Fiore Garden Suites. We asked in a local bar and they were very helpful and spoke to reception to clarify where the hotel was. We had a suite in the annex which was beautiful and we appreciated the water in the fridge and the balcony. We were only there for one night and ate at the Riviera restaurant which was part of the complex and the food was excellent. We slept so well and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Finally, my husband left his phone and a trip back from the airport was required and I would like to thank the member of staff who answered it and looked after it till I got back.
A hotel tucked away in a quiet spot within the bustling center of Antalya's old town. One half consists of the reception and dining area, renovated from buildings several centuries old, while the other half features newly built guest rooms that continue the historic charm of the district. Access to the guest room area requires a key card, offering both security and privacy, as well as peace and quiet. The hotel's location allows for a comfortable walk to and from many attractions, boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes.
We had a bad start, with our room being abysmal. The worst room I have ever experienced- in the main building on floor 1. I appreciate it’s an old building, and the fee was low, but I would not have let my dog sleep in there. We were about to look for somewhere else to stay, until we spotted the modern apartment block by the secondary pool. We enquired about an upgrade and accepted a move for £420 on top of what we had already paid. We figured this would have been the cost to move elsewhere. The room we moved to was beautiful and we could finally settle into our holiday. Only downside was a neighbouring dog which barked morning noon and night. The Riveria restaurant which partners with the hotel was fantastic - we ate a couple of times but spent time here mostly for drinks. The bar staff are so lovely. Our stay was enjoyable after the rocky start. We were also surprised with two cakes as we spent two birthdays here. My advice is to not choose the cheapest room which was the mistake I made, but even for £30 a night I expected better.
