Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Had a lovely stay here again and as before we were welcome by friendly professional staff. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily. Had a couple of hot water issues but they were sorted immediately. Fresh pool towels on demand. All of the staff were really friendly and always happy to have a chat. We requested the same room that we had on a previous visit and they happily obliged. The only negative I can say is the noise from the surrounding bars which unfortunately the hotel can do nothing about and they have tried … This hotel is in great central spot. I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
Hotel is located in the party side of Antalya which is fine but a bit loud at night. There’s a young man working there who is lovely and will have a conversation with you but the rest of the workers are quite rude and give you stinking looks! At first look the hotel looks ok! We checked in and was taken to our room which was a delux double! We enter the room and it was small and basic, the safe didn’t work which we reported and was told we would have a new one put in but never happened! On adevertising it said mini bar but this was just an empty fridge. The first morning there I went to sit outside the room by the pool and it was full of rat/mice droppings. All over the floor and tables! The pool was dirty and had stuff floating everywhere! The man did clean one part of the floor but not all of it! It was very dirty and not once did we see someone cleaning or brushing the floor by the pool. Every morning there would be more droppings everywhere and it was just left! The breakfast wasn’t the best it was the same everyday with only 2 different hot options! The shower is awful not very warm and not powerful at all. We have stayed in many hotels in that area and they always have a room where you can go freshen up before your flight after checking out if you have a late flight this hotel don’t! We had to check out by 12 and then wait for our transfer at 19.30 our luggage was just left in the lobby where people could just take it! It would be nice if they also had a room to freshen up before departure especially for those who could make use of the pool facilities while waiting.
Great hotel really friendly and in a great location the room was spacious and with good aircon plus en-suite… breakfast was lovely and the owner and staff where really helpful definitely recommend and will return
Overall a good hotel but noisy.
Bear in mind that this is located in the centre of the old town so is near nightlife and is VERY noisy. I recommend a pair of earplugs.
Also avoid room 11, not only is the window right by the street but it's also only about 10 meters away from reception so you'll get noise all night from both. The shower also was broken and would not stay in place.
To their credit, the staff swapped my room for a much better one after I complained about room 11, personally I think that room should be closed to guests or at least soundproofed.
Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were clean but basic but for the price perfectly adequate, air con worked fine and beds comfy.
Perfect location but, as I prefer a more quiet location, its unlikely I'll stay again, this is just personal preference and nothing against the hotel.
Pounding loud music allowed by local regulations until 1:30 AM next door. Music continued past that, I had to go to desk and insist that they call the police.
Shower unit head slid down, did not stay in place. No hot water in morning. Kettle and tray for coffee / tea, but no coffee / tea in it. Grinding noisy bathroom fan. Toilets required throwing smelly dirty toilet tissue in a bin. DO NOT STAY HERE!
