This was a terrible holiday for my daughter, people was staring at her,the food was nasty and they lied about the indoor pool, she was looking for the indoor pool for 3 days the staff is very rude , when you ask them a question they go and talk about you to there other colleges , sometimes the water shuts off and you can't have a shower, they turn off the water for the slide so the children can burn their skin on the side. They also lied about the beach, they don't have a private beach. The only good thing about my stay at this hotel was the Turkish baths, that was an amazing experience for my little one she had lots of fun with all the bubbles but I recommend that you do not come to this hotel. The shopping man lied, if you don't buy anything from his shop then he will keep you stranded and the markets till 8pm but we were met to go at 6pm.
Location of this hotel has its pros and cons. It's close to the city and the beach, however, there is also a main road, so the cars driving by can make quite the noise. The hotel from the outside looks really nice, but the inside is another story. Rooms are incredibly small, and the first room we got was loud, very smelly and really tiny for 2 people. If you want to be able to sleep i recommend requesting a room that's higher up, not on the first floor. Cleanliness was okayish, they do somewhat clean the rooms. Basic amenities, but for us, who were there for the beach it was adequate. The food choices were very limited, but at least the fruit and cakes were pretty nice. They don't really refill the food much, so don't be late for meal time. They also give you 2 hours for breakfast, 2 hours for lunch and only 1,5 hours for dinner. Which is just wild for me as traveler. I am used to 3 hours for breakfast, 2 hours lunch minimum and 3 hour dinner windows. The waiters didn't seem very friendly, which is okay, I wasn't there to chit chat. Now the biggest problem here was the absolute lack of communication. Almost nobody speaks any English, which is frustrating when you're trying to get something fixed or changed. I guess it's probably because the hotel was mainly turkish people, but still a hotel that's open for international clientele should have English speaking receptionist at the MINIMUM.
Although the hotel itself is not very good, Omer completely saved our stay! He is an amazing entertainer and animator who brings incredible energy, enthusiasm, and a great vibe to the place. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and puts a lot of effort into making everyone smile. Thank you, Omer, you are the best part of this hotel!
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
Absolutely disgraceful experience with Arsi Paradise Beach Hotel. We arrived expecting to stay at the hotel we had already booked and paid for, only to be told that they were overbooked and that they could not accommodate us.
Instead of honoring our reservation, they sent us to Arsi Blue Hotel, which was clearly an inferior hotel. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable and the entire stay miserable.
What is even more infuriating is that Arsi Paradise Beach Hotel claimed that they did not have our booking, despite us having a confirmed reservation. This is completely unacceptable. We booked a specific hotel and expected to receive the accommodation we paid for — not to be moved to another property because of their apparent overbooking.
The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and left us feeling completely deceived. If the hotel had genuinely made a mistake with the booking, they should have taken responsibility and provided a suitable alternative, not sent us somewhere worse and acted as though our reservation did not exist.
I strongly recommend avoiding Arsi Paradise Beach Hotel. Based on our experience, I would not trust this hotel with a reservation. We paid for one hotel and were given another, with poor conditions and no satisfactory explanation. Absolutely unacceptable.
2 hour private transfer from Antalya airport. A Family of 6, split into two separate rooms ON TWO SEPERATE FLOORS, food absolutely abysmal and cold most days, zero choice for kids unless they want chips or melon. Rest of the food was stews/sweetcorn/chicken rings. For an all inclusive hotel it fell well below exlectations. Daughter went to the bar to order non alcoholic cocktail which is charged at €10 to be told, I can't be bothered making it. Come back later 🤣 juice machine out of service three of the 8 days I spent here, 3 of the days, the mixture must have been finished as only water came out. Sunbed reserved with towels from the night before and nothing done about it, gym and indoor pool out of service. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. AVOID AVOID AVOID
