Just ok - staff require more warmth!
Recently renovated this hotel still lacks 5 star status in my opinion. The new colour scheme is not to my personal taste but the reception area is just a big space with nothing in it.
Staff didn't seem very welcoming at reception nor in the onsite spa area or at breakfast.
Our room was upgraded by the Director who offered it by email but on arrival had not communicated this and added it to my booking. I had to ask if the upgrade was being provided? While it was a nice gesture I don't know if we were just given a room 'that was available' but not really checked?
The minibar fridge was stocked with nothing. There were 2 bottles of water on the top bench. I put them in the fridge to make them cold and 5 hours later when we were back they were still luke warm. I had medication that needed to be refigerated - that minibar was not working even though someone came up and tried to tell us that 'it was'. I have stayed in many hotels, even boutique hotels, that have provided supplies for guests to be able to purchase.
There was a balcony that had no furniture on it so you couldn't sit down and no ashtray provided for use from the balcony.
The bathroom was nicely renovated but there's just something missing to make the hotel feel luxurious and worth the money paid. It was my most expensive hotel in 2 weeks and I rate it the least enjoyable.
We used the hamam area for a full package. There was only person speaking English. It was awkward. The swimming pool outside looked nice but we didn't have time to use it.
Breakfast offerings were amazing and that was the highlight of the overnight stay. Given the mini bar didn't work, that the power cut off when I used the hair dryer (same as mini bar and reported to reception) I won't be booking this hotel again.
Nice well located hotel
Very well located near port and pedestrian walkway street. Large and clean room with comfortable bed. Good large breakfast and dinner buffet (but only one coffee machine at breakfast time). Nice large pool (but complicated process to get pool towel)
Pleasant stay in hotel!
Hotel so what jaded and probably needed some TLC but breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Pleasant staff and room adequate. Excellent location for the marina, shopping streets for both tourists n locals. Easy access to cafes. Brilliant stay!

Fantastic hotel with an excellent level of services. Very Nice rooms and kept clean by Hawa the cleaver

Very efficient and nice reception staff. Gave us our room at 8 am ! Upgrade our room for free! Nice renovated Deluxe room (407) with all the amenities needed and spotless clean . Very comfortable beds and good sleeping experience. Very good breakfast. Nice helping staff everywhere. The best thing about the hotel was its location : centrally located , near Kalesi , old bazaar, a big shopping mall (Mark Antalya), in the middle of lots and lots of restaurants, cafes and shops and taxi , bus and metro in less than 5 min. walking distance. We will definitely come back again if we wish to stay in Antalya city center.
