overall experience with this hotel was excellent. Basak who works for dining is very helpful with excellent service. Also the rest of the team.
Hotel was certainly in need of a refurb mainly in the bedrooms but didnt take away from the charm of the building in old town kaleici Pool area and outside dining are was lovely but hotel was needing some modernising. This was helped along with the lovely staff helpful and with a great attitude Basak food and drinks manager for the hotel was always smiling and provided us with great sevice ,along with the other waiting staff Thanks to all for a lovely holiday

I’d like to give a special mention to Engin, who was fantastic at the front of house. From the moment we arrived, Engin was kind, welcoming and incredibly professional. He made us feel comfortable straight away and was attentive throughout our visit.
His friendly attitude, helpfulness and attention to detail really stood out and made a positive difference to our experience. Engin is a great representative of the team and deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided.

Stayed for a week in this very unique hotel .Not for people with mobility issues due to numerous steps .The room was really nice and the cleaners visited every day .We had a annex room with no balcony but a small courtyard was available and great to sit and have a coffee. All staff were friendly and efficient. The architecture of the buildings was so interesting and so much history on the doorstep. There was a good mixture of nationalities who were friendly and polite .So pleased there was a no smoking area which was so appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
