Everything is amazing. The food is very tasty and there is plenty to choose from, the drinks are very nice too, the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, there are many activities to participate in, the rooms are very clean and modern and the beach is great.

Wonderful hotel

Arrival
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who did not understand English and was quite rude, which was not welcomed after a long day of travelling and arriving in the early hours.

Rooms
We upgraded to the Royal Family Suite through Jet2 Holidays, which was supposed to include two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a living area, and a large terrace with two loungers, a table, and chairs. However, this was not what we received. The room itself was satisfactory, but the private terrace was merely a small patio with a table and chairs. We later learned from the staff that these upgraded rooms do not exist and are falsely advertised.

The next morning, we approached the reception but encountered a language barrier. We then met with the Jet2 representative who confirmed that we had not received the room we paid for.

Compensation
As compensation, it was agreed that we would receive a cabana on the pier and two visits to the à la carte restaurant. We visited the Dragon restaurant on my nephew’s birthday with a family of 11. The experience was disappointing: we waited 45 minutes for drinks, and I, being coeliac, had to explain my condition with a travel card in Turkish. Despite this, they served me a chicken salad that was just lettuce, as their chicken contained gluten. I then ordered prawns with rice but received only the prawns. By the time my main course arrived, it was too dark to see my food, and none of my family had been served their mains. We ended up canceling the rest of the food due to the poor experience.

Food
Prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel about my dietary requirements and received assurance that they could accommodate gluten-free food. However, upon arrival, this was not the case. Nothing was labeled for allergens, and I had to have the chef walk me through each station to identify gluten-free options. I waited five days for gluten-free bread. I raised concerns with guest relations about the lack of labeling and potential dangers for those with severe allergies, but they were uninterested. The food was cold and repetitive, except for the daytime food at the Hungarela, where one waiter Narullah provided excellent service despite limited English.
Midnight buffet was only open 3 nights out of our 10.

Service

Unfortunately staff looked miserable and did not go out of their way to serve you. 
Credit to Zozan and Majiste/Ali in the Neptune bar. They always made an effort and Toprak in the lobby bar. 

Entertainment
The entertainment was basic and uninspired, consisting of standard Turkish shows done on a budget.

Hotel
Some rooms have been refurbished, but the work appeared rushed. The dressing room mirror had no light, only loose cables, and the shower flooded the bathroom after each use. The maid service was excellent, with beds always made and the minibar stocked daily. The hotel grounds are beautiful, but the pier needs updating.

Cabanas
We paid £150 for a cabana, which lacked sun loungers or screens. Butler service was an additional £10, but we often had to get our own drinks and food as the butler was either unavailable or did not understand our requests due to the language barrier. The high price did not justify the experience.

Guest Relations
Mehmet and Ahmed provided exceptional assistance with our complaints and had the best English skills among the hotel staff.

Overall
In summary, British travelers should avoid this hotel. Communication was challenging, with staff often unable to understand our requests for food or drinks. We spent 10 days relying on Google Translate and gestures. This hotel falls short of its 5-star rating and requires significant improvements to meet such standards.

VERY honest review, Movenpick need to up their game!

We have been to Turkey so many times and hotels have been brilliant but this was such a disappointment. We travelled as a family group of 11 at a cost of £22,000. Most staff come across as rude and no basic English. Needed guest relations to translate if you were lucky they had some English. Trying to deal with issues was hopeless and even ordering basics at the bar needed google translate at times. The hotel has been rushed to open and although on the surface our room looked nice, there’s poor finishing. You get a bottom sheet and a waffle blanket on the bed, our quilt stuffed in the wardrobe was stained. No top sheets or quilt covers. Issues not rectified despite pointing out early in the holiday. Not worth paying for our room upgrade. Others in our party had also paid for an upgrade and the room type they paid for via Jet2 did not exist according to the hotel. Our main issue here was the food. Very poor quality and nothing labelled so no idea what it is. Uncovered mostly and cold. 5 of us had sickness and diarrhoea in the same 24 hour period. One of our party is coeliac and had communicated with the hotel weeks prior to ensure dietary requirements were catered for. But no they weren’t! Took 5 days to get gluten free bread, no provision for her at all and a la cartes awful in general and charging 30 euros ahead. We walked out of the Asian after 90 mins and no food. We pointed out to the hotel that no food labels in buffet was completely unsafe for people with allergies/restrictions but got nowhere. They honestly just don’t care! We had to point out to the girl in the fried chicken hut at beach that she can’t use the same gloves for handling raw and cooked chicken as we witnessed her do this. No table service for drinks with meal in buffet restaurant or in the bars. The cabanas are small and tired looking and they charge 150 euros plus another 10 if you want drink service and the food comes from the beach snack huts. They charge 20 euros to just sit on the nets or loungers at the pier.  Entertainment very tacky. Positives were that there were plenty of loungers at any time at pools, premium drinks, room cleaning was good and the hotel grounds are lovely. Mehmet and Ahmed at guest relations were lovely, Zozan at Neptune bar, Toprak at lobby bar and Narullah at Hungerella were great.  But if you have any dietary restrictions/allergies or just would generally like to know what you are eating, I would completely AVOID this hotel and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I wouldn’t even rate this hotel as a 4star. It has potential but they need to listen to feedback.

So... you need to accept the hotel for what it is, Movenpick are finding their feet and improving every day... but you have a few stars that make all the difference, be sure to get a cocktail from Toprak in the evening inside bar... he could work anywhere, they're lucky to have him.

So as I sit by the poolside on my last day at this resort…(I was going to do this review yesterday but thought again to allow me to experience the full holiday). So I shall start off with reception and checking in. Being a foreign country I don’t expect all the staff at the hotel to be fully fluent in English, however,  only 30% of the staff to speak English.  I believe this resort is more catered  for the Russian and Turkish clientele.  
Our room was modern with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with mini bar. Very comfortable, modern and clean.
Please bring mosquito plug in for the room as the ones given to us by hotel were useless.

It looks as if most of the staff employed here are not full-time basis as customer service is poor, they have two speeds of working here …. slow and stop.  A little training and enthusiasm will go along way…

The variety of food on offer is fairly good and so are the drinks.  The hotel could certainly learn from previous reviews that other people have left.   The food offered in the restaurant should be labelled up to show if it’s vegetarian/vegan as well as brief description of the dish with ingredients.  location of the hotel is amazing however in terms of shops life, and local bars/restaurants, it is a 25 minute walk or a short journey on the local bus (expect to pay 20 lira per person one way)  
This is the first time I have done an all inclusive holiday with my family.  Overall, it’s been a great holiday which we’ve all enjoyed. But the hotel does need to address customer service.m, it’s a bit like faulty towers sometimes,
