Sentido Numa Bay Hotel is located 105 km to Antalya Airport, 65 km to Alanya - Gazipaşa Airport, 22 km to Alanya and 2 km from Avsallar. Our hotel is near the sea, our beach is within an ancient port dating from 200 BC. Our facility has 242 standard rooms,10 swimup rooms,10 Superior (Exclusive) rooms, 3 handicapped rooms, 20 family room , a total of 285 rooms. In our rooms everything has been considered for the comfort and convenience of you and your family and prepared with modern design. All rooms are equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, air conditioning, free safe, TV / satellite music channels, free wireless internet, balcony. Our hotel has 1 main Restaurant , 3 A'la Carte Restaurant and 1 Snack Restaurant , Pool Bar, Lobby Bar/Blue Bar ,Beach Bar and Disco Bar are available to our guests. You will enjoy a pleasant time during your holiday with activities in our facility. 1 outdoor swimming pool, 1 indoor pool, 1 Aquapark pool , 1 Relax (+16) pool ,1 pool with beach concept (sweet water) ,Kids pool ,TV room, shopping center, professional fitness center, water aerobics during the day, rent a car, internet stations. Live music 7 nights a week and 2 evening themed dance shows. Take time for yourself in Sentido Numa Bay Hotel and you will be able to rest both your body and soul with mystical massages of the Far East. In addition, you can refresh yourself in our Spa with Turkish bath, Sauna, Skin Care and Hairdressing services. 1 meeting rooms in our hotel with technical infrastructure for 15 to 250 persons can respond to the needs of our guests for both holiday and business during seminars and meetings. Our hotel accepts Master, Visa, Euro cards and travelers checks pass.
⭐️ Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, our stay at Numa Bay was far below our expectations, especially considering that we booked the Ultra All Inclusive package.
🏖️ The beach was a big disappointment. The water was extremely shallow for a long distance, making it difficult for adults to swim properly.
🍽️ The food was also disappointing. Despite booking Ultra All Inclusive, there were very limited food options in the evening. For children, the choices were especially poor — mainly fries and nuggets.
🧹 Cleanliness was not at the expected standard. Our bathroom often had an unpleasant smell, which was very uncomfortable.
🍸 We were also told that there would be a bar open throughout the night for adults, but this was not the case.
Overall, we are very disappointed with our experience. The hotel did not meet our expectations, and we do not feel that the services matched what we expected from an Ultra All Inclusive resort.
We travelled with children and expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed and would not choose this hotel again.
3rd visit here and by far the best! Food always great but the snack bar - exceptional so much choice. New water slides and entertainment add so much as does the piano bar. Staff as always couldn’t do enough especially Victor at guest services.
We’ve just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel, having first visited in 2023. We loved it so much the first time that, after hearing about the renovations and improvements, we decided to return — and we’re so glad we did!
The hotel has been greatly improved, with so many fantastic new features that really elevate the whole experience. One of the things we noticed most was how much more spacious the hotel now feels. There are so many more areas to enjoy throughout the day, meaning you never feel like you’re all in one place. The improved beach area, Snack Avenue and the amazing new coffee shop were particular highlights. The girls working in the coffee shop worked so hard preparing all the drinks, and everything was always done with a smile.
The restaurant has also been significantly extended and there was always a great choice of food, with something to suit everyone. We really enjoyed the variety throughout our stay.
For us, though, the Piano Bar was the real highlight. Mustafa, Fatma, Beyto, Sila and Hilal were absolutely fantastic and truly made our holiday memorable. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and were exceptionally kind and caring towards our two daughters. They went out of their way to make them feel special, which meant so much to us as parents. And the cocktails were fantastic too!
Laura from the entertainment team was also amazing. She made a real effort to include our eldest daughter in the mini disco every evening, and it was lovely to see her confidence grow throughout the holiday. Laura really made her feel involved and welcome.
Another special mention has to go to Lauren from Guest Relations. She took time out of her day to genuinely get to know the guests, which was such a lovely personal touch. She also made our eldest daughter feel really special by taking the time to watch her go down the water slides — multiple times! It was little things like this that made such a big difference to our family and made our girls feel so welcome.
Ramazan, who worked around the pool area, was also fantastic. Every morning he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His attentiveness and friendly nature were really appreciated.
Sileh in the Mexican restaurant and Memcay in the buffet restaurant were also great. Both made us feel incredibly welcome and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
It’s clear that a huge amount of thought and investment has gone into the improvements at Numa Bay Exclusive, and they really do make the hotel stand out. The additional space, new facilities and variety of areas to enjoy throughout the day have made a real difference, while the staff continue to be what makes the hotel truly special.
For us, it offers fantastic value for money, particularly for families, and we had such a wonderful time that we would definitely be looking to return again soon.

We’re currently staying at Numa Bay Exclusive and came back after 4 years — and what a fantastic upgrade! The hotel looks amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff are always so polite, friendly and helpful.
The food is great, the drinks are great, and we’re having a brilliant time. A special mention to Mustafa in the Piano Bar — what a lovely man! He makes fantastic cocktails and always makes you feel welcome. 🍹
Also, a big shout-out to Lauren from Guest Relations. What a lovely girl and a fantastic addition to the hotel. She’s always there to help the English tourists and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy. A real credit to Numa Bay. 🇬🇧
Nothing ever seems too much trouble here. Whatever you request, the staff always do their very best to help.

Just leaving this hotel today after an amazing weeks stay here, the hotel is great and is really well presented and always cleaned. The staff in the hotel are amazing and very attentive of your needs and requirements. The bedrooms are very spacious and well maintained, we had stayed in 1106 and our cleaner Yeliz was amazing and kept the room looking and smelling fresh each day and always came back to a nice fresh room, fresh drinks and plenty of water alongside fresh towels each day which we appreciated.
Our experience checking it was made so much better with the amazing Havva who had checked us in and despite being a late arrival she did everything to ensure that we were happy with the rooms after there being a misunderstanding online with our rooms being together which Havva was able to sort and managed to sort our hotel rooms and get us all together as we had required before travelling which was really appreciated and she really made our holiday by doing what she had done.
Overall this hotel is a lovely place, well maintained and helpful staff at all times of the day. We will definitely be returning next year.
