Ideal for families with children, this modern furnished hotel consists of 4 buildings and is located on the beach of Belek-Boğazkent, 9 km from the town of Belek, famous for its golf courses. Covering 23,000 m2, the complex features a spacious garden area and a 150m long private beach. Public transport and taxis are available from the hotel entrance providing easy access to nearby places of interest such as the old town and harbour at Antalya and the ancient cities of Perge and Aspendos. It is 50 km from the city centre and 40 km away from the Antalya International Airport. This hotel features spacious and cosy rooms with a mini bar, satellite TV, a work desk and bathroom amenities. The hotel also offers a compact facility which consists of different size of pools and Aqua Park.
Location is excellent, easy access to all pools as well as the beach if preferable. (Is about an hour from airport with any kind of traffic though) Liked the entertainment team, bars, rooms were good (didn't spend a lot of time in them) Nice atmosphere around the resort too, and the entertainment team did a great job of keeping everyone happy! The nightly shows were all very high quality, by far the most professional shows I've come across in this kind of resort. In general the staff were all very friendly (with a few exceptions, but nothing too major) and the cleaner on our floor was especially friendly. My kids loved the towel animals that she made everyday!
The only real downside was the food, the buffet had good options, but maybe a little too much, as it seemed without fail that the food had gone a little dried out as had probably been cooked fresh a while earlier. Possibly a case of trying to do too much. The a la carte restaurants were decent, but imposed a very strange rule where a family had to all go for the same menu (Italian, Turkish, Seafood or Latin American) rather than someone getting seafood and someone else getting Italian. Seemed a very strange rule when all the food literally came from the same kitchen located right beside the seating area!
Overall happy with the hotel, it was good value on it's own, however some of the internal shops are overpriced with some being a little pushy (photography place in particular were extremely pushy, and very expensive)
As for the rooms, we had to change the first one due to a strange smell, but the second room was fine. The hotel is situated right by the beach in a great location. Regarding the atmosphere, the staff really look after the guests—inviting them to join in games and always taking a moment to chat. The food is excellent and plentiful. I deducted one point because of the first room we were given, but otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints.
Avoid this 2 star hotel , dirty hotel, rooms have dirty beds and damaged items , aircon leaking an hanging off
Very nice hotel, good atmosphere. Very friendly crew, clean rooms. Tasty food that you can find everytime. Nice cocktails. Special thanks to the animation crew.
Read this and seriously consider what I am saying before you book. This is not a disgruntled guest review, it’s an honest review to prevent hard working people spending their hard earned money here, only to be disappointed.
I’m not sure which hotel the guests who scored this place highly in previous reviews were staying but it cannot have been at the same place I stayed with my 2 boys.
I can only assume this is yet another hotel that bribes guests to leave good reviews and take down bad ones. This happens all too much sadly and I do hope Tripadvisor does something to crack down on this in the future.
Do not go to this hotel if you’re expecting value for money. It’s overpriced for what it is, a 4 star at best parading as a 5 star. You will get better service at a 4 star hotel in Lara Beach for cheaper!
Here’s my honest feedback and before you assume I have high standards, yes I do when you have paid £3000 for this and it is nowhere near 5 star at other Belek Hotels.
I have been to Belek many times, paid less at actual 5 star resorts and received 10 times better than this.
Broken parasols which don’t hold up. One of them fell on my kids!
Plus:
I sent my son to ask for a manager at guest relations. They wrote his room number down and it’s now Day 7 of 10 (yes I’m still here management team if you want to come and see me) with no sign of someone to speak to.
It’s a shame because this place has potential. Personally, avoid this place and go stay at Papillon Ayscha in Belek instead.
