Amazing

Review by loredanacZ5804KZ

We were here with our two year old boy and we had a standard room with land view (all the rooms have balcony). We could still see the sea from our balcony. A minus to the room: we heard the noises (music) from the other hotel, but is was not that inconvenient...

The hotel looks very good. It's not all brand new, but you can see everything is well maintained. The furniture and the walls have some scratches, so if you want to stay in a brand new luxurious room, this hotel is not for you. Is perfect for families with kids. Because your heart doesn't skip a beat everytime your kid touches something.

We had a ultimate all inclusive package: mini bar with water and soda refilled daily, acces to seif, air conditioner, towels changed everyday, also towels for the beach and pool, food and beverage non stop (main bar was open 24 hour and late night service at snack bar was from 21.30 to 7 in the morning). Beverage included everything (Yussuf did some great cocktails). The sodas were from dispensers at the bars, but on the beach they had bottles (Cappy, Fuze Tea, Cola, Sprite). The food is very diverse, from appetizers to main dishes, dessert and fruits. Also,on the terrace of the restaurant they serve barbeque at dinner and hot sandwiches at breakfast. They also had italian night, sushi night, mexican night. And have a special bufet for the children half our before lunch and dinner.

The hotel has a bar located on the beach and a snack bar closely to the beach that serves food and drinks. They also have a cafeteria inside the hotel where you can have sandwiches, pastries and ice cream through the day.

They really struggle to serve dishes for every taste.

Bonus: they had chairs for children all over the place (snack bar, main restaurants).

The divertisment team is great. Every night they did shows for the kids from 20.30 . After, they had shows (gymnasts, dancers) or live music for the entire family. In the lobby you can listen to live piano music. Also, in the afternoon they had activities for the families (all kind of water sports or football) or dancers to maintain the atmosphere. They also brought some slides with air and organized a competition

Aqua park is for all ages and spread in 3 pools. There are also 2 pools with no slides. 1 has jacuzzi. And there were 3 pools in the spa but the water was not heated.

You can also stay with the children at the playground.

The sea has sand and little stones (it helps to have special shoes for the beach). If you want to go directly into the water you can use the stairs from the bridge.

The staff is so nice. When we asked for check out information the man that helped us started saying he is sorry we live earlier than breakfast hour and explained that we can eat at the other restaurant (we already knew, but we appreciate his interest)

A great hotel for chain smokers

Review by Patryk K

The hotel itself is rather lovely. Rooms are clean and feature air conditioning. The plan of the building is simple—its impossible to get lost inside...

Pools are big and clean, however the water in my view was a bit too cold. The aquapark section consists of three water slides for young people / adults and some slides for young kiddos. It has to be noted that they are operational only during the following hours: 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00. The beach which belongs to the hotel is short and chockful of sunbeds. To make matters worse, there are stones everywhere and its painful to stroll without some protective shoes. The food is OK—fresh and tasty, but nothing super fancy. There are thematic nights—Italian, Turkish or Mediterranean. There is a coffeehouse and a relax-zone on the ground floor, with tasty deserts. When it comes to drinks—beer they serve here is called EFES, and its quite ok. The All-inclusive drinks are your typical coctails, like sex on the beach or cosmopolitan—again, decent but nothing super fancy. There are some animations for adults, like darts, Ping-pong or volleyball. The animation team is nice and cheerful. Furthermore, you can play some pool or bowling but you need to pay extra for this (8 and 16 Euro per hour respectively). There are some shops with clothes and souvenirs on the premises. Downsides of this place are as follows:

  1. The staff speaks English extremely poorly. If you do not speak German, Russian or Turkish, you will find it difficult to communicate with them.
  2. It is impossible to relax due to loud music, coming both from this hotel and the hotel next door.
  3. IF YOU ARE A NON-SMOKER, AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. My entire stay was spoilt due to omnipresent disgusting smokers. There are no smokezones—It is possible to do it virtually everywhere outside (in the outdoor „Lagoon” bar, in the poor area, and even in the outdoor restaurant despite the presence of the „smoking forbidden” sign). And believe me—I had an impression that 80-90% of people here were chain smokers. Absolutely disgusting experience and for that sole reason I will never come back to the Crystal Family hotel again.
