Lovely for family especially the kids Staff very friendly, most spoke English, never forget you are in there country.! Cleanliness all round the hotel good , rooms could be better , let down by staff. Restaurants good , enough choice too suit most tastes , don't forget your in Turkey and they are catering for different countries . Bars good, again there are lots too choose and find what you like . Entertainment for kids good , tip , find entertainment staff and ask what's going on , Not always putting advertising boards up to date. Very large hotel so lots of walking , lots of restaurants, bars, shops on the same level as pools, beach etc . Kids need watching ! when using water slides, lots of parents just leave there kids doing what they want , lots of pushing at busy times , Lifeguards ! Some not always watching and on their phones, usually the young ones. I think for what is available overall the Hotel is good value for money , but every body is different., do your research, loads of comments about the hotel too choose from , so pick the bones out of. I have taken time doing this review too help familys make there mind up , especially if you have not been to Turkey before. Transfer time is over an hour ,, even though it says 40 mins , we went express , but had 3/4 pickups which puts on time to the journey. depending on your drop off ! Tip if you can afford it take a private Taxis /Minibus there are loads
After reading many reviews on hotel I chose this hotel, and I was not disappointed. It was very family friendly but also things to do for adults. The choice of food was so varied I didn’t know where to start! The kids felt absolutely spoilt for choice too with food, snacks ice cream availability. Hotel was kept clean, and house keeping came daily. Waiters and waitress were very friendly and helped where they could see I needed it. They have 4 swimming pools, including 1 indoor, & two with slides which the children absolutely loved. Beach was beautiful too. Enjoyed the children’s disco/entertainment in the evening.
The arcade in the hotel is not included. The blankets were very thin, I’m use to more of a duvet feel but it wasn’t too much of a problem as temperature was warm.
Fantastic holiday, staff lovely and friendly, food and drink available 24 hours which was welcome when landing at midnight and great for kids to help themselves to anything as and when. Entertainment was amazing for all ages too.. great fun and slides brilliant. Only criticism would be please label food as to whether vegetarian or not as often it was not clear.
Overall a nice sunny break in Turkey. We visited this hotel for 1 week in late october. Pros
Cons
Overall we had a great holiday but we wouldn’t be returning and would like to try somewhere else next time. We believe a 4 star would reflect this hotel better.
We visited this hotel in the middle of June for 12 nights as a family two young girls, myself and partner and 17 year old, on arrival at the hotel, the place looks amazing, lovely location, although it isn’t actually Belek as advertised, it’s like 15/20min in a taxi, we’ve had friendlier reception greetings to say the least, place is clean enough, our room was pretty clean, we where put in the back of the hotel and had to cross a bridge, to get to the main pool, not ideal but we could live in with it.
The Pros Massive hotel with plenty to do. Every facility you’d need pretty much. Kids club was good for kids, they enjoyed it. Pools where warm and clean, me and kids loved the slides. Great water park facilities. Very good entertainment for all ages. Bar staff where really good couldn’t fault them. Our room was clean, hotel was spotless. Food was of good selection and quality, when you could get near it. The snack bars where good, some staff a little wired.
The Cons The restaurant was the worst experience in all our lives, what a joke, total chaos, most nights we had to wait 15-20min to get seated even though we arrived in good time, the queuing was off the scale, impossible to get to everything, never again, poorly run and overcrowded, never seen this anywhere we have ever been that reason alone, I would not rerun to this hotel.
Some of the restaurant staff are a joke, not sure who’s managing the staff but they want firing on the spot, first night we where there, we had grown men soon as your back is turned asking for our 17 year olds instagram, I told the waiter straight, they wait for you to not be near your kids and then try and approach them, really sickening and unprofessional behaviour, I caught one of the kitchen staff gesturing to himself and didn’t realise I was watching him, I shouted at him and he ran along like a scared little rat, I complained to gust relations before I ended up doing something silly, nice woman forget her name, she advised that the management will speak with the waiter, not good enough, the whole restaurant experience put a stain on the whole holiday and the hotel in general, I know things like this can happen here in Turkey, however this hotel and restaurant was beyond a joke, would never rerun and advise anyone with a family to stay well away, poor poor standard, you get better service and kids safer In McDonald’s.
Take the poorly run service in restaurant and the creepy unprofessional waiters out of the equation and it would have been a very good experience, the kids had a good time as they are too young to know any different, they where happy with kids club, ice cream parlour and the pool.
A lot of 5 star facilities with 3 star service, the bar staff where good though give them credit, entertainment was 5 star.
A good holiday for the kids ruined by the attitudes of a few creepy restraint staff members.
