Cullinan Belek

We’ve just return from a 7 night stay at the Cullinan Belek and we had a fabulous time. The hotel and all the amenities are very high end luxury and all of the food that is cooked and served there felt like it was Michelin star quality. We had a superior duplex swim up room, which we loved as the we spent time during the day at the water park and then would return to the hotel pool to have some quiet time.

The beach is a very short walk from the water park and we used some of the water sports activity. One very big positive is that you never had to reserve a sun lounger as there were always plenty around the pool and at the beach.

There were 3 lunchtime restaurants as well as the main restaurant to eat and all had plenty of choice. Then there is a 24/7 bistro restaurant that you can use anytime. We used the main restaurant at breakfast and for our evening meal, and there was always plenty on offer, and we especially liked that some food was behind a glass counter so you had to ask for it, which is great, as it means less food being wasted and more hygienic where food is served to you rather than people touching all the food.

We have to specially recommend the Indian food, the chefs at breakfast and dinner always made food fresh for us and would always ask if there is anything in particular we wanted for the next day. We can’t thank them enough, as our kids can be fussy eaters but they both enjoyed everything the Indian chefs made.

All around the hotel there is beautiful artwork and architecture that make this hotel high end, we enjoyed the ladies that would play the piano in the evening whilst we would have drinks at the Irish bar. The rooms also have futuristic technology where everything is controlled by digital switches (lights, air con and even opening/ closing the curtains) and also it can be done via a phone app, so when we lost one of our room keys, we got sent a web link which then allowed us you to unlock our own room door. The room also has USB chargers, so in future we won’t be packing as many chargers.

I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return in future. My only feedback to the hotel is offering late check outs earlier. We asked most days about this and then only got advised that we would could have a late checkout at 10am on the final day. If we knew we could have the late checkout earlier (after paying the fee) we could have planned out our final day differently.

Just returned from a 14 night family holiday with our 17 year old twin girls staying in a top floor golf view family room. Had an amazing time and cannot fault anything! Greeted at reception with Moet and chocolate strawberries before being shown to our room. View from our room was just amazing with huge double balcony and sun loungers. Room cleaning was very good. Never any problem finding a bed round the pools, we ended up enjoying the pool outside the indoor pool, lovely and quiet. Had excellent roller skating waiter service round all pools, best service we have had over many Turkish hotels. Also loved the Pier bar where Unsal looked after us very well! The service all round was excellent but especially at the Irish Bar where we experienced outstanding service. Food in the buffet was very good and we all loved the outside seating areas. Tried all the lunch à la cartes and enjoyed them all, especially the steak at the 24/7 and Yamas. Visited the Turkish, Italian, Japanese and Steak for evening à la cartes and although there was an additional charge, we enjoyed the change from the buffet and well worth the experience. The Beef restaurant was our favourite, a lot of food though! Drinks were all excellent with good cocktails and Chandon Brut available everywhere I asked. The included Moet bar 4.30-6.00 every day was a lovely surprise and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our teenagers enjoyed the gym which had everything they needed. We booked poolside Cabana one day and we weren’t sure if we would enjoy it but all loved it, very relaxing and great service. Thank you also to our assistants Ege and Isil who were both wonderful. Lovely touch for my husbands birthday with fruit, wine and balloons in our room! Overall an amazing family holiday with incredible staff. We would not hesitate to return😊
