Ela Excellence Resort Belek

We were very much looking forward to our stay here, given that it comes highly recommended for families with children. Unfortunately we have had quite a negative experience. We have previously visted Calista and Ethno Belek and both are superior to Ela Excellence in my opinion. Right now my 8 year old is still awake as we can hear loud music from the outside entertainment. Usually there are options to have a quieter room, but it seems not here. We were already moved yesterday due to mould in the bathroom and on the bedroom ceiling, and were promised a room that was "quieter, cleaner and more comfortable". The only benefit of the new room is that it has 2 double beds. It is actually smaller than our first room, and yes there is no mould. The other room had a king size bed and a sofa bed. We also had an issue with a blocked shower drain, but that was promptly resolved. I understood this hotel was renovated in 2023, but it appears to be in need of renovation again now. It is difficult to point out any positives whilst we feel so disheartened. My daughter also tripped in the outdoor playground and badly bruised her face. There are no significant language barriers here as we have experienced elsewhere. I rely on reviews I read so wanted to share my honest experience. Perhaps we have been unfortunate as apparently no others guests have complained about the noise.

The service throughout our stay was excellent. All the staff were so friendly, attentive and always greeted us with a smile. They were incredibly helpful and made us feel very well looked after from the moment we arrived.

The hotel app was amazing and made everything so easy. We could follow all the daily programmes and activities, and we were always able to chat with the assistant team. A special thank you to Mehtap, who looked after us so well, checked on us during our stay and was always there whenever we needed anything. Honestly, the best assistant team ever!

The food was fantastic, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. We also loved that the main restaurant is open for such a long time, giving us plenty of flexibility with our family. The La Sofa and La Salsa à la carte restaurants were also excellent — everything was so tasty and beautifully prepared.

The pools and slides were great, and there is such a fantastic range of facilities and activities for all ages. There was always something to enjoy for both children and adults.

The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Belek centre and the bazaar, as well as The Land of Legends.

Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and felt cared for throughout our entire stay. A huge thank you to everyone at ELA Hotel for making our holiday so special. We will definitely remember the amazing service, friendly staff and fantastic facilities! ❤️

One of the best hotels in the world.Superb experience,amazing atmosphere,delicuos food,friendly ,helpful and professional staff.The kids club is entire wold of education and entertainment for kids.You can easyly leave kids there and be sure they will not want to leave it.Oh my God,PS5,different plays,so many supervisors,playground.It is amazing. Rooms are renovated clean and spacious. Location is the best.First line l,it has private beach,lots of green. Deserves every cents for value.Absolutely price and performance hotel. Noise level is the lowest one we have ever stayed.
