This charming beach hotel was renovated in 2007, and offers guests 367 rooms in total. It provides extensive facilities amidst its own pine forest and beside the Mediterranean coast. The air-conditioned SPA complex welcomes guests to take advantage of the karaoke bar, dance school and disco, as well as all the other on-site facilities provided for a memorable stay. With a range of sports, leisure and SPA options, guests are sure to find something within this modern complex to suit their mood. The hotel also offers a pool area, with two outdoor pools, a heated indoor saltwater pool and a poolside snack bar and sun terrace. Guests may also wish to take part in an aerobics or aqua fit session or choose from a selection of SPA and massage treatments.

The most embarrassing and overrated hotel in Belek
We visit Belek several times a year, so we have a good basis for comparison. We've stayed multiple times at some of the region's top luxury resorts, including Maxx Royal, Cullinan Belek, Regnum Carya, and Regnum The Crown. Based on those experiences, we feel confident sharing our honest opinion.
First of all, we arrived at the hotel during what we had been assured by the hotel via email was the high season.
The hotel was in a state of complete disorder. The attached photos clearly show construction work, excavators, ongoing renovations, and constant noise throughout the property. We have never encountered anything like this during this time of year, especially at a hotel that claims to offer a luxury experience
The rooms were in an unacceptable condition. As the attached photos clearly show, they were dirty and poorly maintained.
What I want to emphasize the most, however, is the catastrophic level of customer service. The staff simply didn't seem to care about us at all. Every conversation felt like listening to rehearsed corporate scripts instead of speaking with people who genuinely wanted to help. They were unable—or unwilling—to find any meaningful solution to even the most basic problems. Throughout our stay, we felt completely ignored, disrespected, and treated as if neither we nor our family mattered.
There are countless amazing hotels in Belek that truly deliver a luxury experience. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Our advice is simple: avoid this hotel

From the welcome to the departure - everything about this hotel is superb. The standard of rooms, service, facilities were absolutely perfect. On our check out day, the hotel provided cards so we could eat and drink as normal as well as providing a locker room where you can shower, store things and get ready for coming home - the Gloria Serenity has thought of it all. We will be back next year and are already looking at dates. Why try anywhere else when our stay was faultless!

Beautiful hotel
We have just returned from a week at the Gloria serenity hotel, from the moment we arrived everything has been perfect. We have been really impressed by the quality of the room, the beautiful hotel and the fabulous food. The beach, the loungers and the surroundings are gorgeous. All of the staff were absolutely lovely. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
A fabulous week at Serenity
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Gloria Serenity Resort. We stayed in one of the Garden Villas, which was superb, spacious, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax.
The service throughout the resort was exceptional. A special mention must go to Ibrahim, who looked after us at Estela 24/7, the main buffet restaurant, and Route 66. He consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special and was always friendly, attentive, and professional.
We also received excellent service from Serhat at River Landing Fish Restaurant, who was incredibly accommodating and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Another standout was Ozkan at G-Venture, who provided fantastic drinks service and always greeted us with a smile.
A special thank you as well to Isa at Traces Beach Restaurant. His attention to detail was remarkable – by the end of our stay, he would have our wine ready and waiting when he saw us arriving for lunch, which made us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after.
The food throughout the resort was wonderful. Every restaurant we visited offered delicious, high-quality dishes, excellent presentation, and plenty of variety. Whether it was the buffet, à la carte restaurants, or beach dining, the standard was consistently outstanding and exceeded our expectations.
Combined with the exceptional service from the staff, it made for a truly memorable holiday.
Thank you to everyone at Gloria Serenity for such a wonderful experience. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a luxury holiday with first-class service.
