Perfect
For our third stay (2019 and 2022), the Kaya Palazzo Belek hotel remains perfect. The service is professional, and the staff are very kind. The cuisine is refined and varied, combining local flavors with international dishes. The housekeeping and room service were impeccable. Mr. Reda is always smiling, welcoming, and present everywhere. An experience to be repeated again and again...
Good entertainment & food
Nice rooms, amazing drinks (they offer special cocktail menu every evening), beach is clean and big, and the food… you will never get hungry!

Kaya August trip
We had a very nice stay at the hotel with our family. The kids had a lot of fun, and the room service was excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The kids especially enjoyed the kids’ club, and the slides were really fun. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family.
Just one small complaint: the elevator next to the main restaurant needs to be fixed, as one of the elevators was not working.
I would also like to thank Rida for his excellent service and for always checking on us and making sure everything was okay. We really appreciated his hospitality and support.
