Maya World Park

I came here extremely optimistic after reading the reviews on here. But I can hand on heart say it’s nothing like the other reviews say. We have an amazing week of memories. We arrived and had a rocky start as love holidays didn’t confirm our booking which I have read has happend to a lot of people. This is not the hotels fault and they was extremely good in resolving this problem. We arrived at midnight they fed us then transferred us to a hotel only 10 mins down the road ( it was fine for 1 night ) the pool was open 24/7 so the kids got to experience a night swim which was absolutely remarkable and to be honest made the hassle of the first night absolutely worth it. We arrived back at the maya world park hotel at 9 am the following day and they had the 3 rooms are party required ready for us. We check in unpacked and got settle in. We have been so pleasantly surprised the rooms yet basic they was extremely clean , house keeping and fresh linen and towels every single day. The facilities everything you need for a quiet stay with 2 bars 4 pools and a spa. There is 1 adult entertainer who goes round doing various activities like balls, bingo etc. And a kid animator ( Feyza who has been absolutely amazing checked in with us every single day of our stay sat and spoke with us for a while played games etc ) also another shout out to Fırat one of the waiters who went above and beyond on every single one of our meal times continuously clearing plates brining us drinks etc. his hard work certainly didn’t go unnoticed with our group and we are extremely grateful to him. And the reception team have also been exceptional especially Emine we had an issue with our mini fridge not working in our room this was the only probably the whole stay mind. And she got it sorted literally straight away. An engineer came up was unable to fix it so it was replaced there and then. Overall if you are wanting a party hotel with lots of live entertainment this may not be the one for you. But if you want something family orientated with staff that do honestly care then this is the place. People say in there reviews that the hotel is in the middle of know yes this is true however there is 1 shop literally 1 minute walk along the road ( footpath) and a small parade of shops 5 mins walk away. The hotel also offers free shuttle to shops , beaches and the land of ledgends. You can also walk took us only 15 mins to walk there. Oh I forgot to mention the food that is what we was most apprehensive about but honestly don’t panic it’s fine your standard all inclusive, not gourmet but certainly enjoyable and they did mix up what was on offer. I feel the hotel has seen the reviews and is certainly trying to make a conscious effort. There is 11 of us and we would definitely stay here again.

lokman was extremely helpful, very clear with the details he shared about the whole experience. His honesty was what sold us. Also, he maid sure we our stay at the hotel was a great one. We really can't thank him enough.

Lokman and Tarzan They were very polite and helped us on the trip. Lokman helped us book everything such as nice activities and excursions. We enjoyed the hotel and very nice staff. Just for the first we were transferred two different hotel just one 1 night without notification except this everything was very good
