WARNING! SERIOUS SAFETY AND SECURITY CONCERNS!
I want to warn everyone who is planning to stay at this hotel!
During my stay at Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek, money went missing from my belongings.
I find this situation absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this category and price level.
Guests pay a considerable amount of money to enjoy a relaxing holiday, expecting their personal belongings, money, and families to be safe.
After this incident, I no longer feel safe or secure at this hotel. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I have to worry about the safety of my money and personal belongings.
I am sharing my experience to warn other tourists. Please be extremely careful with your cash and valuables.
I strongly believe that hotel management must take this incident seriously, conduct a thorough investigation, and ensure the safety and security of all guests.
This has been a very unpleasant and stressful experience that has seriously affected my holiday.
I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the security standards at Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek.
Third time at this hotel with a large group of friends and family. We love the rooms, staff, pool area, comfy sun-beds. Convenience of ordering drinks via barcode to your sun-bed. Food is varied and good quality. The Irish bar is our favourite hang out. The beach area with the restaurants is excellent. Would recommend!
Fantastic hotel, great golf courses and staff are superb
We spent a week in the titanic deluxe Belek, this was our first time in Turkey and an all inclusive hotel. The hotel itself was stunning, rooms were spotless and amenities all kept super clean.
We had a WONDERFUL stay at Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek in September. I travelled with my husband and two kids (one who is nearly 4 and the other 4 months) via a Jet 2 holiday package.
Comms with the hotel before we arrived was quick and efficient as I requested a travel cot be in the room and enquired into an upgrade. When we arrived, check in was smooth and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean, beds were comfy and plenty of space.
The food was amazing- so many options at the buffet and the restaurants were incredible. We had one included in our Jet2 Package and chose the Italian but decided to pay extra to try the Asian and steak restaurants and they were worth every penny - incredible food and service and a beautiful setting by the river. I also enjoyed the ice cream/waffle stations and the restaurants by the beach were also included in the all-inclusive.
The Beach area was beautiful, with full table service and a train to take you there from the hotel which our daughter loved. The pools were also amazing and we spent most of our time by the water slides - so much fun!
The kids club was great, our daughter took part in a 'potion workshop' which she absolutely loved and the soft play/games area was a fun break from the sun.
One of my favourite parts of the day was having a cocktail at the sunset bar. The hotel is beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone.
