I really recommend this hotel to all people who like traveling. Meals (breakfast/ lunch and dinner) were great. personnels were friendly and so lovely...

They behave very well. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful. Bars and barmen were fantastic with great behaviour. Alireza is the best and the most handsome man in this hotel!

Titanic golf resort

Just returned from a 10night stay at the Titanic golf resort hotel 19th to 29th Dec when you first drive up to the entrance and enter you think wow this place is a bit of all right and it's massive checked in late about 3am delayed at Manchester airport Check in was very straight forward no hassle then the check in manager said he could upgrade use if we would like a better room thought OK Then asked for an extra 35euros per night for a room over looking pool with large balcony
then 55euros per night for a room next to pool then 75euros per night for a villa room right on the pool All I said was no thanks I'm more than happy with a standard room which didn't go down to well The upgrades may be worth it if you've the money but the standard room Are very good twin double beds bathroom only a shower Mini fridge larger TV 2or3 English channels Room are cleaned every day fresh towels every day Mini fridge has water coke orange lemonade apple juice fruit juice Chocolate bars restocked every day Cleaners are very friendly all working hard Now for the rest of the hotel no water park, no boat ride to beach, no entertainment and all pool bars and snack bars closed down for winter
Food in main restaurant was a bit of a let down some thing for lunch and dinner choice very Limited and most of the time cold There is the option to book an a al carte restaurants which we did Pascarella Italian 20euros for two and the beef club grill 58euros for two Well worth the money and we went more than twice to each much better than the main restaurant Spent most nights in Irish bar all the staff in there are always smiling and happy no waiting to be served drinks and top named brands And yes we bid drink to much

If someone asked me would I go again I would have to say no never again at Christmas or anytime from November to May In the summer this hotel would be top of my list think if everything up and running it would be a grate place to come way couples or with kids

Worst holiday of my life till now.

Me and my girlfriend did arrive to Titanic deluxe Belek on the 29th of December 2021 around 21:30. It was raining when the front office staff was taking us to our room(5514) we were not given any shade and they seems to be not realising that we were a guest just arrived. We had to go under the rain and our shoes was soaked with water(rain) the walkway lights were not working...

We had a very difficult few days. The room lights were not enough.( example, when you want to comb or get ready in front of the dressing table mirror, there are no lights, and you have to do what ever you do by keeping the poolside window open, so you can have a light(sun) from the window for you to get ready in front of the mirror.

The hotel seems to be a five star, but I think that this hotelTITANIC DELUXE BELEK is above the five star, because, on the whole place, during our stay, it was only FOUR STAFFS who knows or are allowed or willing to greet.Mr. Mario (Sales department), Mr.Jebril(our waiter), Ms.Ayten(our waitress)and Ms. Gulfilan(ourrood attendant)these four staffs are the only ones who made our days by greeting. The guest relation team is so great that they don’t give you a comment form. Because they are afraid that you will be writing the truth. You will be asked as a guest IS IT A BAD COMMENT OR A GOOD COMMENT when you ask for a comment form. Very great service, I wonder how can they improve their service?.

Our request to all those who travel to this Hotel(TITANIC DELUXE BELEK) If you are looking for good holiday, then this is not your hotel, because the staffs are not friendly and the service is very very bad. Perhaps you might want to chose a small guest house instead of this one.

if you want to be greeted, make sure you find the above mentioned four. Staffs, they will be happy to greet you and serve you. Our special thanks to those four staffs, (Mario, ( thank you for cheering the guests including us)Jebril and Ayten( thank you very much for the friendliness, the smile) and Gulfilan, (thank you very very much for the hard work that you do to make the bed decoration, keeping the room so clean and tidy, also keep smiling as you are)keep it up.

New Year 2022

Arrived Boxing day 26th December- Booked last minute as a replacement for Canaries as Travelling with Children who fall foul of Spanish government ridiculous rule that everybody has to be full vaccinated!! Pre departure straightforward as long as every bit of paperwork and test confirmation is available Guest relations are excellent in answering questions very quickly pre departure . Arrival/ Check in although very easy could have been speeded up by having to complete less paperwork, maybe hotel should consider adopting the use of the Locator form and one signed form for a family, I just thought this took quite a long time to complete after a night time flight we were just wanting something to eat and off to bed. Full on Winter mode at the hotel, not surprising as the weather was very hit or miss but we knew this to be the case, 3 days out of seven it rained.....so heavy one day it did not stop....one day sunny cloudy.. and two days wall to wall sunshine hot enough for beach and sun bathing. Ala carte Steak I thought Very good my wife was slightly disappointed was expecting better Ala Carte Italian Very good although not sure why no PIZZA choice Main restaurant Very Good Plenty places to eat and drink even though winter concept, They even managed to open the Beach Bar on the Two days when the weather was fantastic. Drinks service- Brands on offer excellent. English language Limited But certainly better than my Turkish We Found a few Staff that were genuinely happy and excited to be working at the hotel and we found others that really looked as if they really just did not want to be there, suppose that is the same in every hotel...

It is nice to encounter someone that you have been served by before at another Hotel and they are genuinely impressed that you remember them....... even though his name escapes me, his level of service has not dropped and wish him the best when his contract finishes and he moves onto the Cruise ships!! Food Quality and Variety was perfect no issues at all breakfast Lunch or dinner to be honest, Served from behind glass screens individually. Room was a family swim up - although Pool was not in use my son had a go and he said resembled Ice cubes!! Spa was excellent plenty space and outdoor pool was steaming hot on the days of inclement weather this did not deter our family swimming on every day . Inside pool fine but we come on holiday to swim outside so thats just what we did. Went to Kadriye for a shopping trip - return Taxi from outside Hotel 18 Euros which did seem steep for the distance but they have to make a living too. To Summarise- The hotel was very quiet apart from a conference the first couple of days of our holiday, It is plain to see that the conference is afforded a higher level of service, maybe this is why they wear their badges even into the late evening. anybody that claims otherwise is untruthful. Many a time we would be sitting waiting whilst other tables ( conference delegates) were served and cleared in the end there was a couple of times we walked out of the bar due to this issue Hotel became more full towards the New Year Gala Dinner with many travelling to the Hotel for this celebration . Gala Dinner on 31st was Excellent although the service and staffing level was not so good, we understand they were wanting to have fun too so won't be harsh on the staff at this time of year. Disappointing for us was there was no Fireworks to celebrate the arrival of 2022, had there been and had there been some less issues with what can only be put down to staff training this most probably would have been a 5/5 review.To fully appreciate all that this has to offer we would need to visit again when in Summer concept otherwise this did exactly what we needed at this time of year.

Very nice hotel, I’ve been there many times and every single visit is a pleasure! Very clean rooms, delicious food and good quality from the all inclusive. Professional and friendly staff, a beautiful spa that is perfect in winter and as well in summer. A special thanks to the super friendly and competent Guest relation Tetiana that is able to understand perfectly your wishes...
