Mixed feelings – great facilities, but very loud evening music
We stayed here as a family with a small child and a baby, and overall it was a nice experience — with one big exception.
The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a great selection of pools and plenty of slides for kids, and it never felt crowded.
The main issue was the evening entertainment. There's a stage set up right in the center of the hotel (not an amphitheater), and since the hotel buildings surround it, the loud music carries to every part of the property in the evening — you really can't escape it in your room. For families with young children or babies who need an early bedtime, this was a rough surprise and made evenings quite stressful.
If you're traveling with small kids and are sensitive to noise, keep this in mind before booking.

it is really good, room is bad and old but everything about services is great. Food is delicious and drinks too.There are so many pools and beach is amazing. they provide ala carte restaurants withour reservation and ot is good. There are many bars and snack bars you can eat everywhere.

The hotel, service, and staff were all excellent. Unfortunately, we have all developed severe ear infections, and the children also have a fever. Because of this, we won’t be able to enjoy the rest of our holiday.
The chlorine level in the pool seemed to be either absent or very low, as you could barely smell any chlorine. This makes me think that the pool may not have been clean enough. The doctor also immediately asked us whether we had been swimming in the pool.
This was the only downside of our stay.
