With a beachfront location and spacious grounds, this resort hotel offers a great place to stay for most ages, featuring a range of facilities and amenities to keep guests entertained. Surrounded by wooded hills and the Taurus Mountains on one side and the turquoise colours of the Mediterranean on the other, this family-friendly hotel is situated in a lovely area called Goynuk, close to the larger resort of Kemer. The rooms are bright and modern and equipped to ensure guests' comfort. A local bus stop is within metres of the hotel entrance providing easy access to the neighbouring towns and Kemer which is 8 km away.
We enjoyed our holiday until the very last day, and I wanted to leave only positive feedback because everything had been wonderful. The staff were very polite, attentive, and always tried to help in any situation.
The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, the waiters, reception staff, and everyone else were very friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned well.
However, on the last day, when our holiday was coming to an end, I noticed that my headphones had gone missing from my room. Unfortunately, the staff were unable to help me with this matter, and nothing was resolved, which was very upsetting.
So please be careful and keep an eye on your belongings.
If you don't mind the high percentage of humidity in the air, then this is the place for you. As far as I'm concerned, all the services and luxuries were great, but it was really hard to breathe when you're drenched in sweat all the time. I am surprised that the bars on the beach and by the pool do not have large fans to make the stay easier and then I would even think about going back there. The best part of the day was the early morning swim, it made it easier to bear the hot and humid day ahead. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pools are very clean, the food is varied. Every shopkeeper in the nearby street knows better English than most of the hotel staff, that's a big disadvantage. They know the basics and misunderstandings are possible.
we would like to give our stay at the Seven Seas a 10 as it has been fabulous. We have enjoyed our stay the food and service has been fantastic. All staff from the bars to the restaurants and cleaning staff have all been so helpful and friendly. The facilities have been great and the spa and gym were brilliant. The animation team were superb and really engaging with all the events and so friendly. We would highly recommend a vacation to our friends and would recommend the hotel to everyone on trip advisor thank you to everyone for a wonderful and memorable holiday. ♥️♥️
A nice hotel with wonderful staff. All employees are very attentive. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00 AM, and by 8:00 AM we were already checked in—without any extra charges or even having to ask. The food was all very delicious, suitable for kids as well as healthy eaters. Broth, buckwheat, and soups (for those who like them) were always available.
The rooms need a bit of updating, but overall it didn't disrupt our stay. The sea has very large rocks, making swimming difficult for children and older adults, even with water shoes.
Our overall impression after the vacation is mixed, as our child caught a stomach virus after swimming just once in the children's pool. I noticed other kids on the beach sitting with thermometers too :(. However, it passed smoothly, and Guest Relations were genuinely attentive and caring, so thank you to them. About 90% of guests were Ukrainians and other foreigners, with very few unfriendly "neighbors."
Evening entertainment was great, and there was plenty for children to do. The cocktails and coffee were tasty, and everything was clean. We've stayed at other Seven Seas hotels before and wouldn't say Life offers a higher standard. At Gravel, the price is significantly cheaper, the beach is better, and the rooms are almost identical. It's unlikely we will return here, but the reviews were all positive, so it's worth visiting once.
An excellent hotel for a family holiday, with unobtrusive and well-managed staff.
