Overall, we were happy with our stay despite some issues with hygiene in certain areas. The hotel’s location is ideal, there is plenty of greenery, and the water park is great. The people working at the hotel are very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Kemilly for the great conversations and her positive energy, I’m going to miss it!

Everything was perfect
Amazing experience. The staff are very accommodating and they do their best to fulfill your needs. We had some minor issues with bits and pieces but they all were fixed within no time. Animation team is also amazing. Charlie and Henreyk have been very kind and supportive. Every day was filled with amazing experiences. Customer relations are fantastic. The manager at the spa goes and extra length to please you. Highly recommend them. The hotel is amazing the food was spot on … no complaints. Defo will be coming back.
