A first-class hotel located directly beside the pebble beach approximately 1.5km from the resort centre. Various shopping venues, countless restaurants, lively bars and nightclubs are to be found in the resort. The airport is approximately 55km away. This fascinating beachfront hotel offers both spa and conference facilities and comprises a total of 357 rooms. Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange facility, a lifts (including a panorama lift), a small supermarket, several shops and hairdresser's salon. Dining options include several air-conditioned à la carte restaurants and buffet restaurant with non-smoking areas and highchairs for infants, a lobby bar and Red Bar. Furthermore, there is a games room, a conference room and for younger guests, a kids' club and a playground to let off steam in.
Amazing hotel. Food and drinks top notch. Entertainment was very good and love the variety of music during the daytime and evening DJ parties. Not an easy task to keep people of all ages and nationalities entertained day and night and I think they absolutely nailed it.
Cleanliness is faultless- from house keeping to the grounds keepers everything is kept beautifully.

We’ve visited Akra Kemer before and there’s a reason we keep coming back. The hotel is fantastic, but for us it’s the staff and the people that really make the place.
The whole animation team are excellent. They’re always around getting people involved, having a laugh and creating a great atmosphere throughout the day and evening. Every member of the team deserves credit.
Tom deserves a special mention. He’s genuinely one of the nicest people you could meet and a real credit to Akra. He always made time to come over for a chat, have a laugh with us and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He has a great way with people and definitely helped make this holiday what it was.
Domfu was another standout for us. She’s always good fun, full of energy and guaranteed to make you laugh. Tom and Domfu were both brilliant with us throughout the holiday, but the whole animation team are equally amazing and work incredibly hard to make sure everyone has a great time.
We spent plenty of time in Luna where Ferit and Yaren looked after us brilliantly. Great service every time and both really friendly – definitely the dream team behind the bar!
Firat at the pool bar was great as well, always quick with the drinks and a friendly face throughout the day.
We ate at Olive most evenings and Yasin looked after us on many of those nights. He was attentive, welcoming and always made sure everything was spot on.
We also met some brilliant people while we were there and had plenty of laughs and good nights with them, which made the holiday even better.
Another amazing couple of weeks at Akra Kemer with plenty of brilliant memories made.

Another year and another absolutely incredible holiday at Akra Kemer. We genuinely love coming back here and once again the hotel and the amazing staff made our holiday one to remember.
The animation team deserve a huge mention. Every single member of the team is amazing and they work so hard to make sure everyone is having a great time, without ever being too pushy.
Tom in particular is an absolute asset to Akra Kemer. He is so friendly, funny and genuinely makes the effort to speak to everyone and make people feel welcome. He always has time for a chat and brings such a great atmosphere to the hotel. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a good holiday and he was a massive part of what made our stay so enjoyable.
Domfu was also absolutely brilliant and another huge part of our holiday. So friendly, entertaining and always making us laugh. Both Tom and Domfu really stood out to us, but equally the entire animation team are fantastic and deserve recognition for the work they put in every single day. ❤️
Ferit and Yaren in Luna are the absolute dream team! 🍹 They looked after us so well and always made our evenings enjoyable. Amazing service, lovely people and another reason we love coming back.

A special mention to Yasin at Olive too, who looked after us most nights of our holiday. He was always welcoming, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
The staff really are what make Akra Kemer such a special place. We also met some amazing people during this holiday who made it even more memorable.
This trip will always be extra special to us as we arrived as boyfriend and girlfriend and left as fiancés! 💍🥹❤️

Been home for a week following an amazing 2 weeks at this hotel! This was our 4th visit to the hotel after 8 years and it did not disappoint and has only improved more!
Rooms and facilities were spotless as ever, tasty food in the buffet and al la carte restaurants and the drinks were impeccable. Always a lovely atmosphere in every area of the hotel.
The staff are just phenomenal and work so hard and always with a smile on their faces, thank you to the cleaners, gardeners, bar staff, waiters (especially the amazing guys on roller skates), pretty much everyone and Yvonne who it was so lovely to see again after all those years!
Animation team…. Best one yet!
Batuhan- So friendly and chatty! Such a kind guy and it so easy to talk to him and have a laugh. Made us feel welcome from day 1 and it was lovely getting to know him. Keep working on your ‘Liam Gallagher walk’. Domfu- Such a beautiful and kind girly who I enjoyed have a boogie with at night and a good gab. Okan- Such an enthusiastic and energetic guy who is also so easy to talk to and have a laugh with. Keep practicing your scouse accent. Tom- Our Tommy boy, such a funny guy who always made us feel involved and who was so friendly. Daria- My Zumba girly, always had a laugh whilst doing aqua Zumba with her and she was so fun to chat to.
We’re also missing the beautiful cats and kittens, especially the one we called ‘Bernadette’ who I think was due to be having kittens soon haha!
So excited to hopefully return next year to one of my favourite places, missing everyone and everything so much right now. Amazing memories made as always! Countdown is on for next year!
This was my first visit (and possibly not last) visit. Having studied the reviews, all seemed very positive and encouraged me to book. I have just returned having stayed in the hotel for a week. This was not really long enough and having taken time out for a couple of excursions, I would have liked more time around the pool!
The location of this hotel is excellent inasmuch you can easily and quickly walk into town - so many AI hotels are remote and thus require a taxi to get you anywhere. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel (not that we used it but useful in certain circumstances).
One comment is that it would be helpful to guests if there was seating outside the main entrance - handy when waiting for an airport transfer. NB: All other transport pick-ups are on the main road (which can be confusing if not otherwise made aware).
I would agree with all the other reviews. I have only but very minor observations in that "medium" white wine and Pimms were not available in any bar/restaurant.
There is a fantastic array of food on display in the buffet restaurant, including a wide selection of cheeses. If only I could have found some crackers. Something akin was in fact left in our room each day which had to suffice. There were generous supplies of water and other drinks in the fridge.
The hotel very kindly acknowledged our anniversary by decorating our room as well as giving us a small bottle of red wine.
I found it odd that there are no water dispensers in the buffet restaurant - we had to ask each time when wanting a glass.
I enjoyed the water aerobics and thought the mini trampolines on which each person had to stand was indeed a novelty. Alas rain stopped a "cycling" activity in the pool so could not participate. The evening entertainment was of a high-standard. Upon arrival, it appeared that on the APP, a quiz was taking place at 10.30pm. When checking, we were told it was the following Monday (and which subsequently did not take place). We were also disappointed not to know in advance where to buy tickets for the one-off Bingo session during our stay.
As regards the hotel APP, you need to download it in order to book the in-house restaurants each morning at 8am (after which it is is very unlikely that you will be able to reserve a table in any one of them within a 3 day period). Something to be aware of - although if disappointed, you can ask Guest Services to add you to the cancellation list.
The staff are very helpful indeed as well as friendly and engaging. I appreciated being offered both melon and small bottles of water when lying on a sun-lounger!
The bakery served an excellent range of cakes. I loved the strawberry milkshakes which were available there as well.
We discovered a games room in which there was a library (the books were segregated by language - available for guests to take and/or leave their own once read).
The Tui Rep was extremely helpful when dealing with our Sun Express check-in issues. This airline does not have the most user-friendly website and for which you need its own reference rather than, as I found, the one quoted within my Tui booking to check-in. (Be warned that if you don't check-in before arriving at the airport, Sun Express will charge each traveller five Euros).
Overall, I felt spoilt! There is a notice saying that used towels would only be replaced if left on the floor, I soon realised they were changed every day despite us hanging them up on hooks or leaving them out on the balcony to dry.
Other things to note - we visited the Market on Thursday - well worth a visit - about a 15 minute walk into town.
I booked a Spa treatment via an agent - only to discover that it was literally on the opposite of the road to the hotel - better and cheaper to go direct! I certainly found that no transport was needed!
