This hotel is located directly on a private beach made of sand and pebble mixture at zero distance to sea. Only 1.3 km from the centre of the popular holiday resort of Kemer with its restaurants, bars and shops. The regional capital of Antalya is 45 km away, the international airport 55 km. Public transport runs in front of the hotel providing access to nearby attractions such as the ancient city of Phaselis and Antalya's Inner Bailey and old harbour. The hotel is modern furnished and decorated and its grounds stretch down to the pebble beach. Rooms are air-conditioned and come with amenities as standard including with LCD TV, bathroom, hair dryer and safe. Guests can enjoy various daytime sport activities, live music and night shows. Guests can also ease mind and spirit at the spa experiencing care services from massage to care packages, to sauna and Turkish bath.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I think Armas beach hotel was very good. Nice staff, big clean room and the ocean outside. Good all inclusive for the price. I wish they Take off some of the roof at the beach so it’s easier to get some sun!! Also make the bridge into the sea softer! Marianne I
Cons: the furniture and sanitary fixtures were worn out, loud parties until midnight, the stairs on the 5th+ floor smell of sewage. Pros: a convenient location and good views from the balcony, fast wifi free of charge (suitable for video conferences)
Everything else is the same as everywhere else in Turkey. We changed our room because of a shared balcony.
We stayed in this hotel for a week, ultra all inclusive, due to a last minute good offer price. The hotel and the rooms look clean, but there is place for better. The restaurant offer is satisfactory but it is aimed mainly at the Russian tourists which are nearly 100%, even the personnel at reception and offices are Russians or speaking russian language. For this reason, at the restaurant we found much of their special food as russian borsch, russian tea (no tea bags of any kind), meat balls and too much chicken food and at dinner a big bottle of wine (1 liter) per table. The beach is just near the hotel but it is small for the hotel capacity and it is forbidden to stay on beach beds which belong to the neighbour hotel even if there is not separation fence on the beach. The sand is not fine and the entrance in the sea is quite abrupt. Too much noise from the loud music playing just near the beach. The room size with 3 beds was OK but the bathroom was for a 3 stars hotel. The wash basin faucet was terrible, wrong mounted , used mainly for kitchen basin. The noise in the room was very low due to a good insulation of the walls. The location is good, not far from the city center of this nice town - 20 min walk. Our stay was relaxing but, due to the details mentioned before, we will not come back.
Location was ok, walking distance from all required amenities, just next to the beach (1st line), so saved time on travel. Room was cleaned 2 times through our stay, we left good tips, but the cleaner only made our bed and changed towels, but the tip was taken. No fresh sheets, all the rubbish and glasses were left as they were. Minibar wasn't filled throughout our stay at all. Shower was somewhat dirty (glasses greasy and in water and soap scum), but that's OK. Staff was not so friendly, except for few buys at the pool bar and the staff at the reception and the lady in spa. Glasses were dirty unfortunately with lipstick marks, fingerprints etc. Was quite unpleasant, especially plastic ones. Should give more attention to the cleanliness of the dishes. Food was somewhat OK, nothing fancy, but quite repetitive. Good soups, hummus and bread, though. Drinks were ok, nothing too fancy, local alcohol, but didn't give any bad hangover, what was good. White wine was quite good, rosé gave us heartburn. Now let's talk about animation: HORRIBLE! I would fire the guy immediately, if I was the manager of the hotel! Very unfriendly, boring, doesn't give any attention to the visitors. On karaoke night didn't give the chance to sing to my husband, though we asked multiple times during the day do we need to sign up for karaoke beforehand and the answer was "no". And yes, from promised 1 hour of karaoke show it lasted 30 minutes and only 5 songs was sang, because he needed to run to another hotel to make a karaoke show there. During the day: boring darts, non-existant yoga.. Anyway, that was the WORST animation ever! Also the guy from the fur shop overly annoying! First days he was like a pusher, coming to us 20 times a day agressively offering to go for a ride to their main shop, even though we told him that we are not interested. After some days he became so shameless, that was asking my husband to bring him some food from the hotel restaurant! Amazingly impudent! Hotel visitors are mainly Russian, ukranian and from others Eastern European countries (Russian speaking).
Overall it's an ok hotel, but I'm not sure we will return.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. Firuze greeted us at the front desk with such grace and kindness—it truly set the tone for our entire stay. She is a total asset for this hotel to have. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Fatih went out of his way to recommend local hidden gems and even helped us plan. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel more like family than guests. We can’t wait to come back!
