Brilliant holiday
From the moment we arrived to the dsy we left ( today) the holiday has been excellent from the cleaning ladies , the guest relations girls ( especially Lydia) the bar staff are exceptional ( Furkhan) one of the most polite human beings ever nothing was too hard for him in 40 degree heat on roller blades hes a credit to the hilton brand and should be commended so ! The room beds and everything was spick and span every day the food was amazing especially the food trucks they where a genius idea !! , my 2 lads and wife never went hungry , we hired a cabana out for the day which was amazing the waiter service again was exceptional ๐๐ผ personal waiter for the cabana all day from 9 -6 pm the water sports were a bit pricey but its up to yourself to use your haggling skills which I done ๐ . Kemer town is about a 20 min walk from hotel which is quite busy and I think the days of haggling are over now as they dont seem to bothered if you try and haggle they stand their ground now so thats was a bit of a downer but overall the pool and hotel as whole was amazing and just for the staff alone and how hard they work here it 5 ๐๐๐๐๐ from me and my family ( Liverpool) and would definitely stay here again !

The worst hotel in the world Lack of hospitality, lack of decent service, lack of manners (staff is very rude)

Our holiday exceeded all our expectations! The room was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the entertainment and activities were very good, and the food deserves 10 out of 10!
The pool service was fantastic โ with snacks, watermelon and cocktails delivered on roller skates. Honestly, I couldnโt find a single thing to complain about! ๐
We also had assistants, Amina and Jazira, available to us via WhatsApp, and they did an excellent job of fulfilling all our wishes and requests.
Thanksan all the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable! ๐ฉท
Very good hotel and kebab
The hotel was very good, food was excellent, especially Emre the kebab chef, it was so good that i ate kebabs almost every day.
