HELL…. Worst holiday in my life. 
Decided to treat my daughter with a holiday to congratulate her on her recent exam results. Now I’m left devastated at the fact I took her to worst hotel ever. 
Arrived at the hotel at 1 am after a very long journey ( and completely unnecessary stop at a garage for 15 minutes. Had to stand and wait for 20 minutes before rude receptionist acknowledged us. 
Room disgusting. Dust and grease everywhere. Every day at certain times the room stank of sewage. Three times I complained about this and a cleaner was sent up to the room with a can of air freshener. 
Hotel dining area had cats walking about. No food was covered or labelled. Unfortunately I contracted food poisoning on my third day and that was basically our holiday over. 
Please do not ruin your holiday by booking this hotel

Holiday from hell

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. It was run down, dirty and the staff were rude and unhelpful. 

It was sold to us as a four-star hotel by on the beach and we thought we were getting an incredible last-minute deal. But it couldn't have been more the opposite.

We were told we would get free Wi-Fi but that did not work. Instead, we paid 3 euros a day, per person for WiFi which barely worked either.

They offered us a room upgrade when we arrived, which would have a pool and sea view. They insisted we paid 40 euros for the upgrade, in cash. 

When we entered the room, we found it to be dirty, run down and unsafe. There were plug sockets hanging off the wall, biscuits on the floor and a filthy carpet. There was soap scum and stains all over the bathroom.

The TV was broken and we were woken on our second night at 2am to the air conditioning unit leaking water all over our beds. We told the staff about the issues but they simply did not care and did nothing about it.

The food was disgusting. Very limited range of alcohol, which was also cheap and disgusting. We spent a lot of money outside of the hotel for these reasons.

The staff were also racist, calling one woman a "F**ing P**i B*tch" when she dared to complain about the issues she had.

The pool has given me an eye infection and ear infection.

And finally, they told us that the hotel was closing for summer the (Friday) day after we left. Except, they started shutting up shop on the Thursday. They closed the snack bar completely, only served food til 4 and refused to replenish for anyone as the hotel was closing and started to move away all of the pool furniture.

We were awoken by cleaning staff on two separate days, walking into our room despite do not disturb signs on the door.

It was a running joke with anybody we spoke to in the market, restaurants and bars outside of this hotel, just how bad the hotel is known to be.

Do not stay here!! I have logged a complaint with On The Beach and hope that not only do we get some kind of compensation, but that they remove the hotel from their listings so that no-one else has a holiday ruined going here.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I am no one to complain but this hotel sets levels. The roughest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, from the beds and carpets to the food and hygiene I wouldn’t come back here if it was paid for me.
For the sake of an extra £100-£200 you can get so much better

Stay away from this hotel

The first. When arrive you will be cheated by reception. You will get the worst room and then offered better one for 10 euro per day. Breakfast is just a nightmare. Everyday the same rubbish. Swimming pool is not cleared whole day. Drinks are limited  to two per person, so if you came with friends you can not get any drinks for them. Entertainment is absolutely rubbish. The only activity offered is a water ball and even this is not every day. In the evening at 9 p.m. there are competitions for children when they should already be asleep. The same thing every day. Entertainment manager rude. When tried to ring reception to report a problem with neighbours no one picked phone up. Lifts broken a few times a day so my advice is to book rooms on first or maximum second floor. If you have booked this hotel... good luck.

Avoid.

Believe the bad reviews.  There is so much to say about this hotel I'll have to make a list.

1 cat poo everywhere,  on the carpets all around the pool. You can imagine the smell in the sun. One cat even used a plant in the lobby.
2 room dirty and worn out
3  the bathroom door was broken
4  the bath was stained from lack of cleaning, 
5 the carpet in our room was dirty, stained, and full of cigarette burns
6 housekeeping was a joke, sheets and pillow casees not changed,  toilet roll not changed, towels not changed.  We had to get our own from the supply room which luckily was always left open
7 lifts constantly broken down 
8 the food was cold, exposed to flies and very repetitive. Nothing was ever labelled and it all tasted the same. There was none of the show cooking that was advertised. The snack bar only had some form of mystery burger and cold chips. There were always flies and ants all over whatever you wanted. 
9 the restaurant staff were so eager to take your plates away on several occasions they took my wife's while she was still eating. 
10 The drinks were terrible and not much choice,  vodka, rum and whisky or beer.  The soft drinks were no better cola or lemonade and the water in the fridges was never cold.
11 the lights stopped working one night and the shower head snapped 
12 rubbish in the corridor was there for four days before being moved 
13 the staff just didn't seem to care about anything. 
14 the sunbeds were worn-out and not fit for purpose with less than half of them having a cushion.  The parasols were always flying everywhere in the slightest wind.
15 the lifeguard would turn off the water for the slides when people he didn't like were in the pool.
16 witnessed staff being racist to other guests 

I'm sure I'll remember more once I post this review but all I can say is please please please don't book this hotel. Holiday companies should be ashamed to be offering it .
