Best choice for family vacations. Open buffe with alacart options, all you can eat. Kids club is a savior at noon. Water slides are awesome located in two different locations for both adults and kids . Always helping staff. Lovely holiday. Would prefer again.

Imagine seeing a hotel staff member put food back from a plate into the buffet. That alone should tell you everything about my experience at Kremlin Palace Antalya. The service here is unbelievably bad for a hotel that claims to be 5-star. Many of the staff barely speak to guests, and some make you feel like you are asking for something you have not already paid for. Their attitude is rude, cold, and dismissive. No one seems to speak English, or maybe they just pretend not to. The buffet is also a major disappointment. It is supposed to be available until midnight, but if you arrive around 12:20, the food is already being removed. Even worse, while you are still trying to serve yourself, some staff start taking food away from the stations. It feels rushed, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. The room was not much better. There were no tissues, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, and on our first day there was hair in the sink when we arrived. These are basic things that should never happen in any hotel, let alone a 5-star resort. Overall, this was an unbelievable and extremely disappointing stay. The hygiene issues, poor service, rude staff, and lack of basic room standards made the experience feel far below what is advertised.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel,great atmosphere, workers are friendly, and entertainment is nice . Most especially Mr Igbo handling the pool game. We’re definitely con back, I recommend this hotel for everyone
