Family of 4, 2 adults, 8yr old and 3 yr old. I'm so torn with my review, it was an amazing looking hotel, stunning building, lovely rooms and clean. Plenty for the kids with different slides, pools, kids club if wanted and entertainment. Sunbeds were always fine, we were always by the kids pool and always still beds available at 10.30am if wanted. If by the main pool people could still get a bed around 9am but just not at the front row but always somewhere to sit. Won't go into the negatives loads because I'm not being a Karen lol, it's just things that we personally didn't like. I get that it is more hygienic but evening meal was stressful, it was so busy in the restraint, couldn't serve yourself so they would either pile your plate with too much of one kind of food or not enough food, hard when you were trying to already carry more than one plate with having children too. Smoking π people just smoke everywhere including children's areas, I just don't think that's right, lighting one up straight after the other. At one point my partner told a man to either move from us or stop because he literally lit 3 cigarettes one after the other in the children's evening entertainment area where they do not supply ash trays so I wouldn't expect people to smoke there. Same by the kids pool with the smoking, I just think they need designated areas to smoke to keep it family friendly. The maid would ask my partner for change everyday. We did tip her part way through but did not want to daily we just did it once part way through but still asked him for change. We did leave money on the table one day but not meaning for it to be left as a tip and this was taken, only a few euros but still it wasnt there to be taken. It was pushed together with the kids toys not left out on a bed or anything but just thought that was a bit cheeky. Our view was of the back of the kitchens and the smell came up like the smell of burgers so didn't really sit on the balcony. They like you to do a survey on site if you are just sitting in their reception area and to make sure you do it they come back to take a picture of it. Just felt a bit pressured at the time not to write the negatives as they then want to talk about what you've written Not massive negatives and overall a lovely stay but we will be trying somewhere else in turkey next x
Hotel was good, food was good quality but lacked variation. Drinks most were branded and decent. Rooms were clean and maid service excellent! The pools and loungers were plentyful but did lack room around them to get to the pool. On the whole good hotel and would revisit!
