Entertainment staff Ramada

Review by M5874PRpauls Horfield, United Kingdom

Hotel was very nice clean and constantly being cleaned especially around pool area through the day. Food was decent, had a grill cooking fresh lamb beef and chicken in the evenings, lovely pizzas through the afternoon and free ice creams which was great. Entertainment staff younis and John (can) were great with us and my kids absolutely loved them both, they had a great darts game twice a day water polo twice a day quite competitive in the afternoon...

All in all great holiday would reccomend we had 11 nights for £2600 excellent value.

Everything you could want

Review by 286lesleyw Widnes, United Kingdom

Had an amazing stay here for a week with my family. Friendly staff, clean, a huge selection of food & drinks. Rooms cleaned daily & a mini bus to the beach & back (you were given cards for towels at the beach so you didn’t have to carry yours down there) beach had fab pools, food areas, bars & games...

Will definitely be coming back here again

Amazing ❤ ❤

We arrived home at 4.30am this morning after 10 days at the ramada. All I can say is do not listen to any negative reviews. The hotel is spotless, if you drop something the cleaner is there in seconds cleaning up behind you, the rooms are cleaned daily and every part of this hotel is super clean the cleaners work so hard. The pools are lovely and we spent most of our time there, the life guards are all amazing guys they are the ones who made our kids holiday extra special, I know my kids have missed them today, even though they are working hard to insure people's safety they are also having a laugh with the kids, every day the kids would go down and say hi to them such lovely guys that just want the kids to have a good holiday, was my grandsons first holiday and he loved one of the guys...

He was so nervous of the water but now home being able to swim. The food is great and you can get something to eat any time of the day. And ice creams and cakes at set times. Never had a problem getting a table for dinner or even a sunbed. The nurse In the doctors surgery was amazing too. My daughter burnt her shoulders and he patched her up straight away. The salon I was going to stay away from when I read some reviews but I'm glad I went in there, €10 for a hair cut I think is super cheap and my hair felt so good after, honestly go get your hair hair you can't go wrong for that price. Our first day we went for Turkish bath and massage and I am still in shock, I felt so good after but I never once mentioned to anyone about any of my conditions but when I finished I was approached by the sales man who told me they can help me with a certain massage, normally I would think he is just a good salesman but this guy knew I had sciatica and also knew I suffered with cholesterol. If I had not of been so busy and short of money near the end I would of paid for this massage cause him knowing what conditions I had just from a massage alone told me he knew his stuff, and he explained how they knew and what was going on, I am gutted I never had it done. The tattoo guy is so lovely and his prices are good again due to over spending in first few days meant I couldn't go ahead with what I wanted but when I go back I will definatly be having one done, such a lovely guy and he even helped me out in local shop when I couldn't find squash. If you are looking ro buy cigarette nappies food or toiletries go to MIGROS it's there local super market, and you will get everything for the price they pay, including fags, they was about £12 for 200 every other shop is around £28. Just out side the resort there is a pharmacy where the lady speaks amazing English, she helped me out a few times and price was not bad. We also found when looking to buy clothing or shoes the bizarre opposite micros is the best, obviously there all pushy in turkey after business but this place was the nicest one. All shop owners was lovely and prices where better here than anywhere else. If you have young children they don't sale squash anywhere. Be very careful when using bank cards. We went into the shop out of ramada to the left and the guy took my payment but ran out of paper in the machine and then told me I had to put my card back in, trying to take 2 lots of payment, the same shop told me something was only €5 one day and the next day it was €8. The guy with the baby rabbits on the street the second you hold them rabbits your in trouble, he will false braclettes on you all and make you read your fortune I'm not a push over and he managed to get us I thought it was my own fault so offered to pay €20 but he told me no he wanted €50 so I told everyone to take them off and he went weird like hexing us. The beach is lovely and the bus is always about to take you, but the walk is easy, we never ate down there or used the pools as they always seemed very busy. They have a camel down there which is about €15 to ride and they do sell inflatables. The only thing I wasn't overly impressed with was the evening entertainment. It all seems lovely down at the beach and they have gone all out to entertain everyone but it didn't work well for us being such a big group would of been better at the hotel as when little ones go to bed the others cold stay and enjoy especially the older kids but I didn't feel happy letting my girls go down to the beach with out me, a couple of nights they done a few things at the hotel but there is lack of space. So they have made the most out of the space they have. We did notice they seem to do more for the kids in the hotel over the road which you can use. We done a evening at land of legends which was nice the water show was lovely but didn't think much of the boats. So many people that you can not get to see the show when you walk down to the horses but I'm pleased we done it and then we spent a day at the park. The place is amazing. Very clean nicely run, there is not many rides but the water park is great. We loved the wave pool, didn't get to do the big slides as it was 45 min wait and it was 36 degrees. Way too hot to be at a theme park. Food and drink is way over priced, I topped up my band with £20 and managed to get 2 drinks, but you can leave the park and go to burger King at the beginning of the shops, we got 5 meals for about £18. We had the most amazing time at the ramada, I was worried as I don't normally do hotels but very impressed. Even when we checked out of our rooms at 12pm we had to wait till 845pm and the staff at the desk was so helpful. They put my valuables in a safe which they gave me a key, they kept our suit cases in the room, we ate and swam all day and used the spa to shower. Our kids made some amazing friends and it was lovely seeing them all together on the last day. And even now we are home they are still chatting. We met some lovely people and just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at the ramada for making our holiday so special. Anyone thinking of going just go for it.

Lovely holiday, clean resort, friendly staff!

Review by Daydream48371016735 Lakenheath, United Kingdom

First appearance was very clean, and the staff are very welcoming, we got upgraded to a family room, the rooms are very clean and modern, the shower is large with the water pressure being lovely, aircon in every room and a nice little balcony, the room keepers keep the place very tidy and do a great job, the pools are very clean, and always someone coming round to collect rubbish from tables, the food is great and a wide variety depending on your needs, the bar staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean throughout, the hotel staff really do work hard, and most of them speak good English and are very polite, very close to the beach, with transfers free every 15 minutes,I would definitely stay here again, and I can’t really find anything to complain about even if I tried!

Amazing holiday in an amazing hotel

Review by Camper44557090755 South Shields, United Kingdom

Just amazing, from food, the cleanliness, all the amazing staff made the holiday what is was. Everyone was so kind and polite. We found the pool at the beach had a nicer atmosphere. There was plenty of sun loungers everywhere...

The beach area was fantastic with the pier the best place to be.
There is so much choice of food that it is impossible to go hungry. Yes the food choices are not 100% for everyone's taste but what we had was amazing. My daughter loved the pizza and flat bread from the beach. Our room was spotless and the shower was the best shower I have had on holiday.

Just loved this hotel and will definitely come back here
