Good facilities, great food with a lot of variation. Majority of staff are great and happy to help. Drink selection is decent with some really good entertainment.
Our first time here and it will not be our last. It is an amazing hotel and we will be sad to leave here in a couple of days. So much to do here, the evening entertainment is great. There is a pool party on Wednesdays which you must not miss and a foam party on Fridays. There is now a starbucks here that is included in the all inclusive. The pier is brilliant to lay and read a book in peace and they also have a DJ in the afternoon and live bands in the evening. There are lots of bars and all of the bar staff are lovely and go out of their way for you but a special mention must go out to Kunduz in the main restaurant. She is lovely and very good at her job, by far the best waitress in the restaurant. Comes straight over to serve water and ask what drinks you would like. She now knows what drinks we have and just appears with them without asking. The rest of the waitresses are not so good unfortunately. When we have not been seated in the area that Kunduz serves in we have found that we are having to look around to get attention just for some water. Please pass on our thanks to Kunduz, she is great. 10 out of 10 for Kunduz in the restaurant and 10 out of 10 for this amazing hotel. We will be back and also recommending it to friends and family. Book this hotel you will not be disappointed!
Excellent beach resort. Everyone is so helpful and nice here. Great choice of food. Private beach. We had dinner at Hanedan restaurant for my birthday. They made it very special - special thanks to Yusuf for making it a memorable and wonderful experience.
Generally speaking, all is good.
Everything is good. Food so delicious, rooms are so clean. Entertainment is so good
