Was good we here for 6 night but the food is googld interteinment good but internet isnt good and i can’t believe it you have to pay for bill yard and billing you have to pay in uall hotel ? Why i like but the peaple didn’t use the mask for COVID-19 it can bee excelent if control better COVID-19

I went to the reception introducing myself not as as guest but as a visitor of some relatives staying there. The lady in the reception didnt reply to me when I asked her to call my parents in law's room. She called to someone superior and said to me very rude "you cannot stay here, you are not our guest, leave the hotel, if you want to meet them, meet outside". I was literally shocked at this behaviour. I asked to give me wifi access for a few minutes or even to buy any wifi voucher so I can call them and she said to me " you are not staying with us, you cant use our internet". I was treated SO BAD, I dont have words to this not-human behaviour. I had two kids with me!!! They were excited to surprise their grandparents!!! People in the reception knew I dont speak turkish, I started to talk around me, about me, in turkish with those sad judging eyes, c'mon titanic lara staff, really, seriously?! This was really low...
When I asked again the lady to call their room, she asked me how I came to the hotel and I said from your front door. I passed by the security and nobody said anything to me. When I was like ok, ill go and wait outside because with silly ignorant people you dont discuss, the best thing you do is giving your silence. I said to my 5 and 3 old kids "lets go" and suddenly I had an security guard there talking to me in turkish, obviously I didnt understand but I was being scourted by him (wth????). I stopped and said to the lady in the reception " I know the way for outside, I came in alone and I will go out alone. I dont need anyone to come with me because im not a thief." So disgusting! If your security that stays outside doesnt work well you should improve your staff but not treat people this way. Now I understand why my parents in law, even having an all inclusive plan, they are going to eat and spend all that out from this resort. Its really bad!!!
I have visited many hotels in my life and I entered many hotels not being their guest. I entered many hotels to visit family and friends, to sit and have a coffe at their lobby, etc
I mean Covid is not an excuse for everything specially to treat people in a bad way. You need to be more professional, more kind, more human. Animals can be more kind than this. So sad.

By the far the best holiday I have ever had! From the moment we stepped foot the personnel were very attentive and helpful. Very clean especially during this time of pandemic. My little 4 year old would not leave the kids club the ladies there were excellent with the kids (especially a big Thankyou to Kubra from the kids club!) the food was delicious- no long lines, fast service, and a big variety of delicious food! 4 days was not long enough so I will definitely be back for a longer stay! Thank you to the Titanic family for such a memorable and enjoyable holiday!
I did a lot of activities here, enjoyed my trip. I really loved to play volleyball, dart game. Food was good and various...

Today we encountered an awfull situation with the blonde girl from the mini club in the Ampitheatre this evening. Our daughter( mind you)only 3 years old was ignored during the minidisco by the blonde Russian girl from the mini club!!! It’s the second time that she completey ignores our child. Dont know of it’s because we’re a mixed family and our Child is darkskinned but because of this wont bring our children to the mini club anymore for the rest of the week...
We still have to be here untill Subway! When it comes to other nationaliteit or people of colour staff has to treat guests normaal en equal. Especially when it comes to children it’s not even funky they cant protect themselves, you have to handle react and respond tot children equal as you would do with your own Child. Out daughter was so sad during the dance was standing front row and moved right away tot the back to her sisters and started crying . Absolutely dont feel safe to bring my child. That particular girl does not even deserve working with children. Dissapointing for a hotel like this! The other staff at the mini club especially ukranian guy “ciao cacao” is great!!! We’ll put in a complaint first thing in the morning.
