An intimate, welcoming hotel with excellent food and outstanding service. The hotel and the surrounding grounds are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere is wonderful. The swimming pool is a little small, but the hotel more than makes up for it with its excellent cuisine and high-quality service. It is also great that reserving sun loungers is not allowed, which means they are actually available when you need them.

A truly wonderful experience.

We arrived at the hotel at around 3:00 a.m., and while the receptionist was starting the check-in procedure, he asked all the guests who had just arrived whether we were hungry and would like something to eat. This gesture made a very special impression on me. That was when I realized that taking care of the guests is truly a priority here.

The employee responsible for helping guests with their luggage was very cheerful and explained everything to us about the bars, restaurant, room, and who we should contact in case we had any problems or requests. I would especially like to mention Azat,a very cheerful and respectful young man who welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us.

The reception worked 24 hours a day and was always available to help with any request, at any time.

The Room

The room was of a very satisfactory standard and had everything we needed. The drinks in the minibar were replaced every day, and the room was cleaned daily—even when we sometimes forgot to put the “Please clean the room” sign outside the door. 😃

Ms. Hatixhe was very kind and did an excellent job.😃

The Food

The food was abundant, with a great variety of choices. Everything was fresh, and every food station was cleaned immediately whenever a guest served themselves. Dishes were constantly refilled or replaced without delay.

The desserts were a wonderful experience on their own! 😃 There were many different types, all delicious and beautifully presented, with lots of colors. The seasonal fruits were also very tasty.

I would suggest improving the Asian food section, as it was not quite at the level of the other food options.

I also think the hotel could benefit from having a dedicated "children’s food corner" offering non-spicy dishes such as soups, stews, sauces, meatballs, and different types of meat.

The ice cream, waffles, cheese pastries, traditional pancakes, and the snacks at the snack bar were all very good.👌

The restaurant was cleaned thoroughly, even the windows, after every meal. During meal times, the staff continuously kept the area and tables clean. The coordination between the employees and their interaction with the guests was excellent and very well organized.

#The Bars

The bars offered very good drinks, and the bartenders were extremely friendly. They joked with the guests and created a very pleasant atmosphere—just like Azat, for example. 😃👍

#The Pool and Accessibility

The swimming pool was cleaned every day and checked for any technical problems early each morning. There was also a pool specially designed for babies and very young children.

However, I would strongly suggest creating accessible areas in both the swimming pool and the sea for guests with disabilities. This would bring great joy to those guests and would also represent a very high standard for the hotel.

Cleanliness and Facilities

Both the indoor and outdoor areas were kept extremely clean and hygienic. The employees were constantly available and ready to assist guests.

The hotel also offered many additional facilities, including a Medical Room, where a nurse was available every day and a doctor was available whenever needed.

There was also a library where guests could read books, as well as a sauna, gym, and billiards area. 👌

Another very useful feature was the luggage scale available before departure. Of course, it could also help you discover how many kilos you had gained from all the baklava and kadaif! 😅

#Entertainment Team

The entertainment team was on another level! 😃

There were many activities for both children and adults, creating a wonderful atmosphere filled with energy and positivity. Even though guests were sometimes not very cooperative with the entertainment team, they always remained cheerful, enthusiastic, and full of energy.

I would especially like to mention Elena, Peri, and Yamal from the resort. 😃👏

#Guest Relations

The guest relations staff were very professional, patient, friendly, and helpful. They were always ready to assist and made sure guests felt comfortable and supported.

#Location and Overall Organization

One of the special advantages of this hotel is its location directly by the sea, combined with the excellent organization of its services and daily operations.

Everything was very convenient and practical, especially for families with young children. The way the hotel is organized makes the whole holiday experience comfortable and stress-free.

Overall, this hotel remains one of my top choices for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday 🥳
